Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Hotel Spring Break Policy - This hotel cannot guarantee a spring-break-free environment. Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.

Apr 19, 2025Way above expectations! Our international guests loved it. World class wedding planner. Movie-like palapa ceremony
Wow, where do I begin? My wife and I chose Dreams Vista as the venue for our destination wedding. Upon arrival, we experienced a few hiccups, which were immediately addressed by the exceptional services of the charismatic and friendly desk agent, Gustavo. We were also blessed with a very special surprise from our amazing wedding planner, Joseline, who saw to it that our stay was nothing short of incredible. The rooms have a stylish, spacious aesthetic, complemented with balconies that give you a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea. The selection of international dining experiences leaves nothing out; We'd recommend Vista Prime, located on the rooftop, overlooking Cancun. There's always a bar a stone's throw away, and if you're like me, they have a beautiful little cafe and ice cream parlor that opens early and closes late. There are plenty of activities to keep you occupied long into the night. I tried surfing in their wave pool, and my wife volunteered to try breakdancing during one of their nightly shows. Everyone in our group also regularly visited their indoor game room to play pool, ping pong, darts, and cabinet arcade games. They also give access to console games on the Nintendo Switch, PS5, or Xbox One. If none of that interests you, you can take an Uber to one of the many shopping centers and malls conveniently nearby. All in all, we couldn't recommend Dreams Vista enough. The resort was awesome, the people were awesome, the food and drinks were awesome, and the weather was awesome. That last part is up for debate and largely depends on your sensitivity to wind. Most importantly, Joseline made our wedding and the events leading up to it feel like a movie. Seriously. She absolutely nailed it. Don't waste time. Book her now before she's completely booked.

Highly recommend this place. If you are looking for a hotel that's away from the hustle and bustle of hotel zone, this is the place for you. It’s a newer smaller resort. The hospitality was amazing. Everyone was kind. Personally, I think all the workers need a raise. Only downfall was the beach is smaller than what you would expect. They have done what they could with the space, but if you are looking for a large beach, this isn't the hotel for you. Theme nights provided a great, different experience every night. The restaurants were great with different options. In addition, they offer two separate complimentary boat cruises, one that goes to the Isla Mujeres and another that goes around the coast of the resorts. Thank you Carlos, you were incredible!

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price We stayed here to celebrate my husband's birthday and had high expectations, but the experience was far from what we hoped for. The food was absolutely horrible—bland, low quality, and very limited options. We had booked two rooms and paid a lot of money, expecting decent service and hospitality. Sadly, the hotel didn’t acknowledge the birthday in any way, even though we mentioned it in advance. No special gesture, no effort—nothing. For the price we paid, this was a huge letdown. Definitely would not recommend, especially for special occasions.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. It was a mix bag. Some employees were extremely nice and helpful and others were the extreme opposite, rude and unhelpful. The 50/50 response makes me not want to return. We are club members and we were treated not with the experience of an expensive preferred membership but as guest who were an inconvenience.

Best Wedding Ever
We had the absolute wedding of our dreams at Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa, and it was all thanks to Josselyne! From the moment we started planning, she made everything so seamless, stress-free, and truly magical. My husband and I can genuinely say our wedding day was better than we could've ever imagined. Every little detail was thought of and executed perfectly — we were blown away. If you're considering getting married at Dreams Vista, don’t hesitate — 100% DO IT. The resort is stunning, the food was incredible, and every single staff member went above and beyond to make us feel special. Josselyne, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our big day unforgettable. You are amazing at what you do!
