    3rd times a charm

This was the second time I stayed at Harrah’s and I absolutely loved it. The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is great and the Hotel and Casino is beautiful. I reserved another room for October 30 and 31st since I’ve had such a great experience. Looking forward to my stay.

    Not worth it

Pool was closed except for weekends but we still have to pay full $50 per night resort fees You have to reconnect every time you want to use the Internet Safe in room wasn’t working which they probably already knew about before we had the room Poor air conditioning No fridge I’m still waiting to get my $150 deposit back two weeks later I will not be returning to this hotel

    Surprisingly Nice!

I stayed at Harrah’s about 10 years ago, and this was my first time since then. I give the hotel and casino high marks in many areas. I did the early check in for $50 and I think it was worth it… No line plus I was able to get into my room at 10 AM… The room was cool and clean and modern looking… I stayed in the valley tower… The bathroom is small but modern… The only negatives are the water pressure is not great but OK and the shower has one of those partition doors that does not slide… not a dealbreaker at all. Harrah’s is a busy place and it’s in the heart of the strip. I will stay here again for sure.

    probably 3.5 - but I'll give it a four

For my most recent stay at Harrah's, I booked a suite: a bedroom with a separate living room. For this reason, I am writing an updated review. One consideration for booking at Harrah's was location. During my stay this summer, the daytime temperatures exceeded 100°F daily. Staying at Harrah's allowed us to move between Harrah's, The LINQ, Flamingo LV and The Cromwell with minimal exposure to the heat. Another other consideration was that some Harrah's hotel rooms have partial views of The Sphere. I selected a Mountain Executive Suite (Mountain Tower). Booking :: I am a "Caesars Rewards" member. I booked my room on the Caesars*com website (not a travel aggregator). The process was straight forward. Keeping track of my reservation was easy, online and via my mobile app. Note: Between the time I made my original booking (Mar2024) and date of travel (Sep2024), Caesars initiated a room rate sale. The Caesars' call center is located in the Philippines. And while call center staff were nice and tried to be helpful, they seemed to lack a level of understanding. It took more than one telephone call before I was able to interact with someone who understood that I did not want to cancel my reservation; I simply wanted to modify my reservation to take advantage of the updated (lower) promotional room rates. Registration :: Management now uses automated kiosks for guests to check-in/out. I understand that this system probably saves the corporation money by reducing the number of staff on duty. Although I navigate the kiosk well, I don't really like it. Reception is the first extended human interaction guests have with the "resort". They can provide an orientation of all that the house has to offer; and their behavior insinuates the type of guest experience to be had. This house may call itself a "resort"; it may charge a resort fee; but in this respect, it behaves like a self-service hotel. The Suite :: When you enter the suite, you enter into a living room with a television, wet bar, table and chairs. A doorway leads into a separate bedroom. I reserved a room with two queen sized beds. Attached to the bedroom is a master bath with an oversized bathtub, reasonably sized vanity w/sink, and separate enclosure with a toilet and walk-in shower. While the room has seen traffic, it is reasonably fresh; and housekeeping is doing a good job: The carpet was clean; there weren't any major stains or spots showing excessive wear. The beds were comfortable. The sheets were clean and bright white. The bathroom was clean. The towels were clean and in good condition. The furniture was in good condition. Hard surfaces didn't have significant nicks or scratches. The drawers were clean. The room had a refrigerator, and it was clean and free of odors. The TV and WiFi worked well. Note: As mentioned, getting a view of The Sphere was one consideration for booking the suite that I selected. After a few re-runs of the same series of animations, the display became repetitious (in my opinion). But it was a nice experience (at least once). Parking :: Most Las Vegas resorts outsource parking management to an outside firm. Harrah's is no different. But I feel that the valet service at Harrah's is probably among the best I've experienced In Las Vegas. The valets are prompt and courteous, and very nice. Food & Beverage :: Most of the on-premises food options are in the food court. There is only one restaurant that offers a sit-down service breakfast (Walk-Ons); and Ramsay's Kitchen offers the high-end dinner service. With the exception of the two restaurants identified, I was a little underwhelmed with the totality of dining options on site. Final Comment :: Las Vegas has a wide variety of hotel and resort options, offering different guest experiences. Harrah's accommodates its market segment, and for the purposes of this trip, it fulfilled my needs.

Big beautiful surprise on the heart of the strip.

A beautifully remodeled room with a tremendous separate room with a great table and plenty of area to work and play! Many restaurant choices, proximity to the Caesars Forum Convention Center (with a great tunnel and monorail connection adjacent), and a bathroom with a luxurious tub and shower. Tons of food choices on-site and adjacent, and only 100 yards from a Walgreens.
