The staff are all amazing and friendly! From the moment we got to our resort the bell hops were there to help right away. They were so helpful and fun to talk with. All the restaurants staff were courteous and kind. They ensured that our glasses were full and that we had plenty of food. The event team was top notch and kept the atmosphere pumping. From fun games by the pool to special themes at night. Our family had such an amazing time that we really did not want to leave.

Amazing Kids Club – Diana is the Best!
We had an incredible stay at Sunscape Puerto Vallarta, and the Kids Club was a huge highlight! All the kids in our group absolutely loved it. Diana was amazing with them! She made every day fun and memorable, and the kids still can’t stop talking about her. It gave the parents of our group a peace of mind knowing they were in such great hands. We were able to go enjoy our activities that the kids could not do without worrying about them. If you're coming with kids, don’t miss the Kids Club and hope you get Diana!

Explorers club was amazing
Hotel was good for our first time going to an all inclusive. Explorers club was the best for our 4 + 5 year old. Sandra, Diana, Gina and Nayeli were amazing. The took great care of the kids and the kiddos always wanted to go back to the explorers club.

Sunscape PV Kids Explorer’s Club
We’ve had a great time at Sunscape but have to give a massive shout out to the staff at the Kids Explorer’s Club. Nayeli, Sandra, Diana, Gina and Carmen went above and beyond to take care of our girls, ages 8 and 12. They spent time swimming, at the water park, making crafts, being fed, learning dances, performing at the pool, watching movies and a million other cool things. My kids had SUCH a great time and are so sad to say goodbye. It was such a treat for us to have time to relax too. Thank you thank you!❤️🇲🇽

Great experience
Anahí and David were so fun during the cooking class. It was informative and entertaining! I learned so much and the food was delicious. We made ceviche in a new style using three unique ingredients that aren’t typical in this type of cuisine but the results were delicious!
