1st time trying sunscape
Good value and very great end of the trip at Sunscape sending out by bell-man Christian and Oscar! The check-in is slightly chaotic but was able to pay around 420 pesos to enter early for the amenities. The late check out and early check in was not available for Hyatt Globalist…

You get what you pay for
The facility was very run down. Our first room the sink leaked and the air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t sleep, so we asked to changed room. Food was nothing to write home bout, very limited. The staff was friendly and helpful. Anahr and Mala were very fun. Celestro at the buffet was amazing with his service. The pool is in need of repair. Actually hurt my feet because sharp and cracked tiles, should of wore water socks

Pick another place
Everything was good when we checked in, and we had friends checking in as well. However, the alcohol selection was not the best. We were promised an upgrade to a better selection, including Don Julio 70, but when we went to the bar, they told us they didn’t have it. The staff at the bar mentioned that they are often misled by the front desk, who oversell promises they can't fulfill. The food was okay but lacked flavor. On top of that, we were offered a package deal to visit another hotel, where they claimed we would receive special treatment and a better selection of alcohol. Unfortunately, they failed to deliver on that promise as well. Our A/C was broken throughout our stay . Overall, we didn’t have the best experience
