Great family trip
We had a great time at sunscape. The kids pool was enjoyable and the food was great. The bell boys Oscar and Christian were especially helpful getting us checked in and helping get us around town. We got to see the sea turtle release which was really cool.

Family vacation sunscaps
Mila and Mary have so much energy the games they come up with are incredible! Thank you for a great trip and keeping our kiddos busy. The fire show and magic show were awesome. And the service is great! The bartenders (Victor and Omar) fantastic.

The service is awful, worst experience ever
Run away from this hotel, the service is terrible, the staff is rude. I arrived an hour before check-in time and they didn't even let me go to the reception to wait. Terrible service from a girl named Sofia from weddings who didn't give me her last name and the operator Gabriela was very rude. They told me I had to pay $800 just to wait sitting at the reception, when the time finally came and I was able to get in they had me standing in line for an hour because trucks full of people arrive and I, who was coming alone, had to wait for everyone to get through so they could help me. The Internet didn't work and when I called the operator she reluctantly told me that the internet was so slow that I should wait or go to reception. The food and rooms are adequate for the price paid. It's a family hotel, if you come alone as a couple it's not the place for you and it's not cheap at all. I filed a complaint and they didn't do anything. I came here just for a friend's wedding but I would never go back to this place after their terrible service. If you want to have your wedding here avoid it, the event booking staff treats their guests terribly.

Would not recommend.
The overall experienced fell short of what I expected. The pool wasn’t the cleanest and the food was very bland. The main bar flooded while it rained one night and it had to be closed during my stay. Construction during my stay made it very unpleasant
