Impeccable check in and room on 57th floor. Clean and tasteful. Huge property. Friendly service. Food average and high priced. Pool- beach area crammed with loungers… was ok. Overall fantastic property. Location and options to visit other properties were great

May 15, 2025Be prepared to be on hold and hung upon hours, but getting a text when your room is ready.
Terrible booking service. Nice rooms. Very clean easy access to the casino and food. Far from the strip. They didn't notify me to check in so we drove to the hotel after 5pm because they said the room wasn't ready, but found out it was. Didn't get into our room until after 6pm.

The hotel has seriously gone down hill. No wonder they are in the process of selling out to Mormon Marriott. The hotel is dirty and old. The rooms are ancient and bath fixtures didn’t function properly I will not be staunching my here again. The casino machines are ancient also and don’t work correctly.

From check in to departure everything went smoothly and staff friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool, went to a great show and had some fun in the casino. We will definitely return for another visit. The only downside is the cost of food and drinks. On the high side so we kept drinking to a minimum and dined in less expensive restaurants, but all excellent.

First, but not Last trip
The room was very up-to-date and very spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff respected my wishes of not disturbing me as I didn't need much during the few days I was there. Access to everything nearby makes the stay even better.
