Excellent time at Mandalay Bay.
Mobile check in and check out worked great. All staff I came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. VVroom was very clean and in very good shape. Very much enjoyed my stay. This was my second stay in last three years at Mandalay >Bay and it is of my favorite Las Vegas resorts.

Family fun, check in not so much!
Beds are comfortable, beach/pool is nice, lots of dining options however the check in process was a mess. They will try to upgrade you to the W tower if they overbooked Mandalay Bay, the rooms are amazing but pretty far from everything inside the resort however it is closer to the tram to Luxor and Excalibur. Overall we enjoyed our stay but will stay more mid-strip next time.

Unpleasant start to vacation
I’ve been very much looking forward to our trip to Mandalay Bay but came away disappointed . After a long day traveling we were anxious to get into our suite we did online check-in. When we arrived, we went to the counter and they said they would expedite it so we waited. About every hour or so we would check with them and they would say it shouldn’t be long. They offered us a room at Delano at an added cost, we turned them down. At 530 We again returned to the counter, and after some discussion, they finally gave us a room 2 floors lower , no problem we would have been happy with that two hours earlier. Not even an apology for leaving us wait 2 1/2 hours after our due check-in We found that the Staff, although courteous was not overly friendly. They charge for everything including coffee pods if you want to use the Keurig in your room we have stayed at several different casinos on the strip and we will not be going back to Mandalay Bay . On the plus side, the room was quiet, clean and spacious.

5 Stars!
The room and view were fantastic. Staff was very accommodating from the concierge to the waitress. Delicious food and drinks. Fun gaming. Everything at the resort is laid out very well. My only complaint would be the pool area charges to rent an umbrella or cabana...outrageous.

No help with broken toilet.
Toilet in room was broken. Reported twice to front desk and nobody ever came to fix it. We had to go down to lobby to go to the bathroom. Tried to call housekeeping and front desk but nobody picked up phone. Not what you expect from a reasonable hotel. The rest is fine but no better than many hotels in Vegas.
