Fun
Mandalay Bay has a great atmosphere. The lazy river was the best. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean an well kept up. I would recommend this hotel. They also have a variety of restaurants which provide food for lots of tastes.

Quality, but you’ll pay and pay and pay and pay and pay…
Luxury is worth the price, but getting screwed at every turn by this hotel gives me pause. Mandalay Bay maximizes profits and prioritizes income over value. You will have a good experience, but bend over if you want coffee ($7) or an umbrella by the pool ($175) or just about everything else. They’ve got you and they know it and they take advantage of it, so they do. Endlessly. The only thing missing is the sound of laughter coming from the ownership group. If the IRS owned a hotel, it would by Mandalay Bay.

Great Hotel, Dirty Bathroom
The Resort was absolutely beautiful but my room was not as clean as I hoped it would be - mainly the bathroom. The floors were obviously not mopped. There was dried urine drops on the floor in front of the toilet and the base of the toilet was not cleaned well, there was still urine and hair towards the back of the seat behind the lid when raised. The toilet area smelled dirty (like pee). That for me is a deal breaker. I was tempted to request a different room but I muscled through it and just used my flipflops to walk around and wiped down the part of the toilet that I touched. The walls in the shower were dirty. All corners and edges of the bathroom floors were dirty with dust, dirt and hair. The towels were obviously washed but they smelled weird. For such an amazing hotel, you would think everything would be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. I kindly tried to ask the very sweet cleaning lady to clean the toilet and all around the seat and floor around the toilet the next day but she couldn't understand me so I just let it go. Other than that, everything else was great.

Best place to stay in Vegas!
My husband and I come here annually for over 10 years now. We love the spa, man made beach area with wave pool and lazy river the most. So many restaurants and shopping. The Michael Jackson ONE by Cirque du Soleil show is a must see. The sportsbook area is one of the biggest and best ones we have been to. The rooms are large and clean. The casino area has such a vast amount of table games and machines. You can walk to the connecting casino Luxor or jump on the free tram that connects Mandalay Bay, Luxor, and Excalibur hotels.

Disappointed
The whole experience was not fully pleasant. First time in this hotel but it had many flaws. Front desk personnel bitter, dirty rooms, overpriced for the experience, and they charge for even the use of the refrigerator. I was expecting a way better stay.
