Oct 13, 2024Nice. But in need of updating
Service great. Some of the areas need updating (stains on cushions, chipped furniture in room, dirty grout, stains on wall). Lobby area beautiful, view was good. Stayed in Marina towers. Bed was sooo comfortable, room service was good and fast on nights we stayed in. Lots of high end shopping on-site, nearby.

Nothing impressive
We stayed at the Marina adults only side. Definitely overpriced, the pool is small so unless you get there super early you won’t be able to get chairs, so we never went to the pool. It’s not a large resort on that side so nothing much to do unless you are at the bar all day. We upgraded from an atrium view to an island view which was basically the view of the back of the shopping mall. The room was small and noisy not only due to outside noise but there must be issues with the ventilation system because there was a loud fan running 24/7. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and it was noted because we called beforehand. Not that it was necessary but it would have been nice to acknowledge it. Check in person was friendly, the rest of the front desk team not so much. Flamingo beach was pretty awesome but definitely wouldn’t stay here for 5 days again. I would suggest a 1 or 2 night stay just for access and then stay somewhere nicer.

Oct 10, 2024The staff are what make the resort special. (Ok, the pools are pretty nice, too.)
The staff were fantastic. So helpful and kind! Special shout out to Lucy and Rachel in the Fresco restaurant giving such great friendly service. Diana at sole was wonderful as well! But most importantly, giant kudos to the housekeeping staff. They were so nice and generous helping with extra towels, waters or whatever we needed. We’ll definitely be back soon!

INSTAGRAM PERFECT A BUCKET LIST
Picture perfect Island. We had the most amazing time. It’s an Instagram picture perfect Island and so tranquil. Perfect for family as well. The Beautiful Majestic Flamingos are a bucket list. The flamingos will just walk around you and are so friendly they are a gem & one of the highlights of the Island.

Amazing resort
We LOVE this resort!! It’s our 10th visit, we will be back again in late Winter 25’. The resort staff are all wonderful, including at all the restaurant locations! Our favorite breakfast spot is Fresco, and for dinner the buffet at Aquarius is amazing!! Our favorite beach is the private island, with a short, hotel provided boat ride you are in paradise!
