Hectic, fun stay in the Palace Tower - but beware construction noise from some rooms facing the Mirage
Had five nights in Feb 2025 and after presenting the old $20 offer to the receptionist at check-in was given an upgrade from a basic Julius room to one in the Palace tower, which was renovated a few years ago and is still in pretty good shape. What I really liked about the room (1825) was that it DIDN'T have a connecting door to another room, which always lets through noise from whoever your neighbours are, so I had a good night's sleep every night. Also, a big positive is that the curtains are operated manually and all the lights switches have the good, old-fashioned manual on/off dimmer switches which actually work, as opposed to trying (and usually failing) to control every last thing in the room from a crappy tablet that doesn't work right. Couple of niggles: the wifi in the room was OK for emails and social media, etc, but slow and buggy when trying to stream Youtube videos. And for the next 18 months, or however long it takes to demolish the nearby Mirage and build the new Hard Rock guitar hotel, be prepared for construction noise from the early hours of the morning onwards, if you're in the odd-number rooms in the Palace Tower that face that direction. Ask for an even-number room, which faces the opposite direction towards the rest of Caesars Palace, and you should be OK. That aside, I had a good stay at what must be the busiest, most hectic resort on the Strip. Recommended.

Overall a great stay! I love room 1350/Julius tower.
Overall great. I love this hotel. It’s my top choice whenever I go to Vegas! I particularly love Room 1350 in the Julius tower. It’s a bit bigger than a regular room, has a sofa in it with a nice little living room. Nice bathroom too. Hotel is clean!

Great Customer Service
The hotel is nice. The rooms could use a bit of restoration/upgrade and it’s an older hotel, but the overall experience was nice. The layout was nice and the rooms are a nice size. Kiana helped us when checking in. She was so sweet and her customer service was above par.

Sincere Appreciation for Kiana’s Outstanding Service at Caesars Palace
My wife and I had an unforgettable stay at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, all thanks to the amazing Kiana at the front desk. We mentioned that we got married here two months ago, and Kiana went above and beyond—she upgraded us to an executive suite completely on the house and even added a $50 hotel credit! Throughout our stay, she checked in with us three times, making sure we were loving our room and knew all about its unique amenities. Kiana’s genuine, personable, and accommodating attitude really made us feel like VIPs. This kind of stellar service is a true credit to Caesars Palace. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more—ask for Kiana when you check in!
