Conference Attendee
Savanna, was absolutely the best front desk person. She was pleasant and accommodating. She made my checkin experience seamless.

Good location, ok room
Caesars is great for mid-strip location but keep in mind it’s a huge property. Uber drop off felt like it was a mile from front desk. After check in you have to navigate the crowds to find your elevator. We were colosseum tower. Newly remodeled area. You could tell carpet and wallpaper were new. Room was fine. Out strip view wasn’t much. Tried for early check in but never got a text. They charged us for it though. They did fix at checkout. Pros of Caesar’s is all the choices for dinner and drinks. Also really nice pool areas. To me they are a bit pricey for the rooms.

Security risk and item taken from room.
3 times I’ve visits Las Vegas and 3 times I’ve stayed at this same hotel. Well never again, the experience we have had this time was just shocking right for the minute we got to the hotel. Couldn’t check in as the room wasn’t cleaned so were told to come back 2hrs later (it was already after check in time), we were then allocated a room, but were disturbed during the night by somebody entering the room and waking us all up, which made my youngest child very very frightened. Turns out the room was allocated twice, we then got locked out the room 3 times as the card key didn’t work so I had to keep going down to reception to get this sorts. We were advised to log a report with security which I did, yet heard not a thing back. During the time at the hotel my youngest also had his rabbit comforter (Jellycat) taken from the bedroom, which he’s had since birth, I did think it might of got taken by mistake by housekeeping in the bedding when the bedding was changed, but again was told to log it with security and somebody would get back to me. STILL HEARD NOTHING. So yer the whole holiday had been ruined as I had my son crying every night about somebody coming to take him and then his bunny going missing off his bed. I get incidents happen but we hadn’t been offered an apology or anything. Then to top it off on check out they tried to change us for using the minibar, which wasn’t even touched. To say I’m upset would be an understatement, I expected more from such a high end hotel, but it’s completely out me off ever returning.

Amazing Experience
Amazing experience within the Palace itself. We wee upgraded by Kiana on our first night to a 1300 sq ft suite. The room was amazing and clean. The staff was great and helpful especially with transport which is priority. Great time. We will be back for sure.

Very warm welcome
Have only just arrived but our arrival couldn’t have been any smoother. Kiana on the check in desk was super friendly and helpful, willing to answer all of our questions. Looking forward to the rest of our stay having been warmly welcomed to Las Vegas.
