Great housekeeping - appalling guest service
Stayed last month, found everything quite satisfactory. This time, not so much. Our room had no bar fridge, though last months did and there was the space for it, and the hotel wouldn’t provide one without extra charges. There was no body wash, just an empty cavity in the shower where it was meant to be. Plenty of hidden charges when final bill came. Not impressed. Will not be returning.

Not for kids/families
Poor customer service. $50 for early check in before 12pm $25 for after before 3pm. Pool is adults 21+ only. You have access to harrahs and flamingos pool. Not family friendly, please dont bring your kids here. Location is within central proximity of the strip across from Caesar’s. Difficult to navigate to parking. District 3 is close to parking structure 2. Not wheelchair accessible. District 3 19th floor double queen premium room with a platinum rewards gets you a view of a wall —- the side of Harrahs and nothing else. Comes with an empty fridge a stained shower. Dirty rooms with mold. Brown stained towels. Paper thin walls while finding a disturbing bonus of a hidden access to the next room behind the bed. Light was coming in our blacked out room and saw movement. Definitely would not recommend this place even without kids.

Just a reasonable stay
The hallway was so dark and creepy. The fire alarm kept going off, and we had to run down the stairs. We were so scared! After a while, with no explanation, we went back to our room (since we were wearing PJs). The room is small, but we have a good view — the pool and the High Roller. However, there wasn’t enough tissue paper provided, which was a bit inconvenient.

Linq-a Caesars Property
We've done most of all MGM properties in Las Vegas and now building up our Total Rewards for Caesar properties. So, in for the weekend to enjoy my Christmas present of a night watching Menopause the musical. Ha ha, could be someone's gag gift but not mine. Looked around and decided on the Linq because of it's proximity to Harrah's where the show is. I have stayed at Harrah's Tahoe and Reno so wanted to try the Linq. The Linq was classic Las Vegas with walkways of shops and cheap eats to midrange. Our room was very clean and updated and ROOMY. Bathroom shower was great. Strong water pressure with hot water on command. Shower only with requisite shampoo(low suds), conditioner(creamy) and body wash. Lotion (creamy) was also offered in bathroom. Was asked at front desk if I wanted housekeeping during my stay which I requested. Only got one day of it because we were in and out so much that housekeeping couldn't clean our space. When she did, it was great. Enjoyed the neighboring Linq Promenade with eateries and stores galore leading out to the Highrler and connects to the Flamingo casino across the walkway. A great location and we really appreciated the comped room (can't escape $50 resort fee though).

Will not stay in district again!
District 3/ is to far away from Everything except ride share , uber pickup! The hallways are not lit up very dark and no cameras. I stayed on the 5th floor in a room by myself do not recommend! Very uncomfortable walking to my room alone at night.
