Honor your online rates
I actually like the Linq. I have dates booked, and I checked the rates and found better rates ON THE CAESARS WEB SITE. Called, was told they can’t change my rates and to submit a best rate guarantee form with a screenshot of the better rates. Did that, was told they can’t honor the rates because THEY ARE FROM THEIR OWN WEBSITE AND NOT A THIRD PARTY? So fine, I decided I’d just book the better rates and cancel my initial reservation. Now the website says since I have reservations for those dates I can’t book a room for those dates. Seriously, do better. This is a matter of like $400 that I would probably gamble away there anyway.

Understanding Professional
Didn’t get to make trip because of family illness. Wife’s an ER Nurse! With Flu diagnosed postponed trip til March. Ashleigh handled automatic room charges like a Professional. Thank you again for being understanding and Plus not being a Super Spreader.

Very clean hotel, ideal location on strip
Very very very clean hotel, great service, you’re right in the center of the strip so you can move around very easily north or south. Can’t beat the price either! My husband and I encourage our friends and family to stay here all the time. We’ve stayed here 3 times now and are always excited to come back.

The linq sadness
Stayed 5 nights at this hotel! Location was great! Got a premium room before flying out nothing premium about it! Air con units very noisy! Couldn’t open any windows. No supply of bottled water in the fridge which would be a nice touch. Bars overpriced. The food places were great and a fair price. Lots of prostitution going on around the hotel.

Feb stay in Linq
Have arrived here in early Feb for 5 days with friends. As mentioned previously, no room service, a further up front damage fee charged to your credit card until you leave incase you destroy the room, safe didn’t work, no mini fridge, poor choice on the TV when I did run it on and by far the worst aspect, is it never warns you that should you select a strip view, which as a first time visitor to Las Vegas I really liked this idea, that I would have a full rock show going on under my window till around 2am. I attended the front desk to ask about moving rooms, I was told they couldn’t do it this evening (although I was feeling rather unwel and could of done with a good solid night sleep) and instead gave me 6 pairs of cheap ear plugs and asked me to return the following day to be moved. Didn’t really resolve my issue for this evening when feeling unwel however. To be fair, the member of staff I asked was very kind and compassionate, but sadly she asked a supervisor who refused the request be actioned that evening. Overall, I wouldn’t touch this “hotel” (I use that term loosely, an upscaled motel would be a more suitable description) with a barge pole in the future! Steer clear, although it looks reasonable in price on some site, it’s not worth it. Pay a little more and go somewhere better
