LinkQ + BAD Experience
It was a terrible experience from day one. The first night, the conditioned air was as noisy as an aeroplane engine. I didn't sleep, and in the morning, instead of changing my room, they tried to fix it, which didn't work. After spending a week having issues with the bathroom sink, I needed to complain that my room was not cleaned more than once. It is not a good value for money. I will think twice next time

Good location and nice stay
Went on a weekday and got great price. The linq promenade is a lovely place with nice shops and restaurants right outside the hotel. The location is pretty central on the strip which gives you the option to see both the north and the south side equally. Room was nice and clean.

Stay somewhere else
It took over two hours after our planned arrival time for our room to be ready during which we had to hang out in the casino with our bags. When we got to our room the keys didn’t work. When we finally got into our room it wasn’t the one we had booked. Apparently there were no king rooms left so they “upgraded” us to a pool level room. For this we are privileged to have pounding music so loud that we can’t even sit out on our deck. In fact, it’s pounding so loud the air conditioner is rattling away inside so we can’t even have a rest inside.

Hidden Fees/ Nice Location
There were a lot of hidden fees that they do not advertise, such as the Resort Fee and Room Fee get taxed separately, the taxes alone ends up being another 100 or so that was not stated, would be better if they mentioned their Resort Fee does not include taxes. Location of the hotel was good, however short pool hours of it being closed by 6pm is rough. Housekeeping staff are very friendly, front desk seemed hurried and uninterested.

Never Again. SMH.
Never again. I stayed here at $700 for one night and the room was dirty and without basic amenities (water, shower cap). The view faced the wall of a parking garage. And the checkin was such a cluster mess. They have you use the machines for check in and the process doesn’t even work. I had to come back and go through the front desk (regular) process in order to get a room. I highly don’t recommend.
