This is a great resort. Is it perfect? No. There isn’t a perfect resort in the world. But the staff has been absolutely wonderful, and the food at Catch and Braza make it absolutely worth it. The one issue I had was with the excursions team. I saw them sell my excursion to another family and then tell me they couldn’t take me to mine that I reserved the previous night. The hotel staff wasn’t very helpful either when this happened. Another thing that can be annoying is getting dinner reservations, but the buffet is great. Overall, I’d definitely come back. The entertainment team is top notch, and Wilder was absolutely great in giving us information. The beach is beautiful. Super warm temperature, and the pool is really relaxing. I can’t wait to return.

Braza Grill steakhouse
Had an excellent time at the Braza grill steakhouse, a spotlight on the adult side. Everything is truly wonderful. Carlos Ventura is amazing, he gets whatever you’d like to try from various types of steaks, chicken, lamb, pineapple to any drinks.

Must go here!!
The entertainment team is a blast! Wilder has been so friendly and kind! Benji is great at getting at a party going!! It’s my first time here and I’ve had such a lovely time. The butlers that took care of our family were amazing. Roy and Trinidad and Jerry! Lots of amenities and the staff are hardworking and amazing.

Stayed here Easter week for a girl’s trip. Planet Hollywood has many option for food and fun. Loved the spa and the gym. The service is great, our concierge Marla was always in touch and on top of getting us reservations and anything else we needed. The food is good but not exceptional, and the drinks are very good, better than most all-inclusives. More umbrellas needed at the beach and more chairs at the pool. Overall would recommend, especially for families with children.

Best Resort
Trip was amazing, staff was very kind and helpful with everything. Always greeting us and trying there best to help us even if they didn’t fully understand us. Food was good and always served hot and with a smile. 10/10 experience, would recommend and would 100% come back again.
