    Wesley and Kiwi !!

    Wesley Hay and Kiwi: (Sports and entertainment) From the very first day I was introduced to the sports side of the hotel by Wesley and Kiwi as we played a game of volleyball However, it then became more much than “just the sports” as they would go out their way to make sure I was okay and if I need any help with anything in general (even if unrelated to sport and entertainment) in which they would go through great lengths to get us that help. Even when walking by they would give a fist bump and say hi and even went the long way round to make the effort to come see me, my family and friends. The highlight of my holiday was beating them in a 2v2 volleyball game with my dad and when asked for a rematch, me and my dad did well to avoid it 😂 and we joked about this all holiday On my final day with only a few minutes until my coach to the airport I ran down to the sunset cove beach to meet them both to say bye because that is how much they meant to my family and I They then walked me down to reception and waved us off As a family we don’t usually return to the same hotel twice because we like to travel but we felt so welcomed that we plan to return again and Wesley + Kiwi played the biggest part in that. I highly advise that if you go to this hotel then go and meet Wesley and Kiwi and I promise they will make your stay so much better!!

    The resort has changed

    The day we arrived we were provided a room with the air conditioner making an extremely loud noise. I waited almost 2 1/2 hours for maintenance to look at it when they came they claimed they could fix it but after 30 min no change. We ask for a room change and possibly a room upgrade to accommodate us due to the circumstances. I was told they can not and they didn’t even want to change our room. I was not being sent to the wrong person which was very frustrating. I was giving a room on the first floor & the safe did not work at all, along with the tub not being clean. I would not recommend this resort. I have been to this resort years ago and it has changed and not in a good way.

    Amazing place 🇯🇲

    An unforgettable experience at Grand Papadum in Jamaica! Our time here was nothing short of amazing. The place is spotless — everything from the dining area to the restrooms was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made us feel extra comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a unique blend of Indian and Jamaican flavors that we’ll be dreaming about for a long time. The entertainment was fantastic — great vibes, music, and energy all around! Whether you’re just relaxing or dancing the night away, there’s always something fun going on. The drinks were top-notch, with refreshing cocktails, cold beers, and a great selection for everyone. And the coffee? Probably the best we had during our whole trip — rich, smooth, and served with care. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always attentive. Grand Papadum is more than just a restaurant — it’s a whole experience. We left with full hearts (and bellies!) and can’t wait to come back again.

    Okeefe met us and brought us to the room and back to the lobby at the end of our stay. Great service!
