    Friendliness of the staff the fact that you have to beg for water in your room the smell of the grounds smelled like sewer not all restaurants were good

    I have stayed at better for the $$$

    Rooms were patched over. Ceiling was leaking while using rest room. Tub looked as if it was cleaned a month ago. Wait staff is horrible they rather text and talk to each other then deal with customers. I am an ex server so I always tip but it was very hard to even give them a dollar because service was so bad. I think if my wife wasn’t pregnant we would have never even got a water.

    Great place. The food is good. Make sure to check the SUNSET COVE beach. Best beach ever. And ask Donna for one of her special drinks. Pineapple upside down and rum punch are great! Staff are generally nice. Room is great. Room service is a bit slow

    The absolute worst hotel/resort experience in my life!

    Day one: check in my room was supposed to be upgraded for free but actually it was downgraded. The jacuzzi tub had not 1 but 2 dirt rings around it, more than half of the sockets do not work in the room, there was empty water bottles from the previous guest! Day 2: Beach Day.. the beach chairs are never cleaned on the daily basis, there is absolutely no customer service while on the beach or at the pool. Upon returning to the room we ordered room service and it never came. There is also an additional charge for room service! Day 3: DO NOT BOOK ANY SPA SERVICES… I booked my spa and caught my menses. I was not allowed to cancel my appointment or reschedule without being charged the full fee.. I am actually still here at the resort and there is so much more I can say but I do not have the energy and I can’t get out of this demonic place fast enough! Do not book this resort it’s horrible when it comes to customer service and it’s bit ran down when it comes to decor/furniture.

    A Great Holiday

    We had a beach front junior suite and the view was wonderful. Room was large and spotlessly clean. There were plenty of restaurants for the evening. We found the food salty and sweet, but this is typical of everywhere we have been to in the Caribbean - and North America. It was better to book the restaurants on the app as you would be shown straight to your table. Unfortunately, the booking element of the app only worked on the first night which meant we had to queue at gust relations to book. We weren’t the only ones with this issue and they kept saying they would sort it, but never did and we were for 3 weeks. Issues generally took a long time to fix. There was no hand sanitiser available at any of the restaurants and everyone handles the spoons for the buffet style appetisers. I was surprised by this. I was ill on one night but suspect it was due to this rather than the actual food which I had no qualms about. Beaches and pool are beautiful but you can never escape the terrible music. They even have speakers on the beach to drown out the noise of those pesky waves. We would have appreciated quiet areas. Drinks were good as was the service in the bars. I agree with previous comments that the hotel is not as pristine as it could have been. Paintwork needed topping up, tiles needed mending and the jacuzzis in the pool didn’t work. However, overall the hotel was in good condition. We had a good holiday.
