Tavia Brissett was very welcoming warm and friendly, her presence make me want to visit again. The entertainment was lacking, more entertainment coordinators are needed

Great experience 👍 🥰
The food was excellent. The room was really nice. My check in and out process was exceptional with Tracy-Ann Bremmer at reception.Tavia was also entertaining. Definitely will be coming back. Got our money's worth. Kelly the bellman was very accomodating

Not so great experience
Old and worn out bedding, pillows and towels. Falling flakes of paint and rust everywhere. Roof are old and falling over some of the buildings especially in the front porch areas

No power, no problem… DO NOT BOOK HERE!
Wednesday midnight - power goes off Thursday 5am -power goes off Thursday 11am- power goes off Friday 4am - power goes off Friday 1130am - power goes off Friday 1100pm- power goes off Saturday 200am- power goes off Relocated rooms at 300am Saturday 900am - guest services offers a bottle of wine for compensation. It’s the audacity for me as my flight leaves tomorrow. A slap to my face as I’ve had to endure the most uncomfortable and unpleasant stay in my life. The lack of concern met with continuous lack of promises and fake apologies. I’ve spent more time with guest services and maintenance versus the pool or amenities. I am writing this review as a sit in their lobby by guest services waiting for information to get passed along to “the manager”. I spent last night with the guest services manager as I had to relocate to ANOTHER room at 3:00 am on the end of the resort. For the past 4 mornings on my 5 day trip by the way. I’ve had the pleasure of using the bathroom in the dark, brushing my teeth in the dark, getting completely dressed in the dark due to an ongoing electrical issue in my room. Maintenance would seemingly fix the issue temporarily. But yet again like clockwork. My power would turn off again! Yesterday prior to leaving the resort my power went out again. I notified the front desk prior to my departure at 12 noon. You can only imagine how irritating it was to return at 10pm to discover that my room DOES NOT HAVE POWER! You can only imagine how uncomfortable my trip has been and how much time has been wasted due to his ongoing issue. I am scheduled to leave tomorrow and it can’t come soon enough. For a family trip of 20 we will never visit the resort again. As of 6:00pm this evening I haven’t heard from a manger nor have I received compensation for my ongoing inconvenience. The daytime manager offered a bottle of wine which I thought is utterly disgraceful for getting dressed in the dark continuously for 4 nights. I asked to speak to the general manager Alberto and was informed he wasn’t in. When I went to the front desk at 8 am I was told a manager meeting was ongoing and would be contacted via WhatsApp or via email. Neither have been done and to be quite frank I am beyond pissed. My flight leaves tomorrow and I can’t wait. I will tell anyone I know to NEVER stay at an PALLADIUM Property. Between the money wasted and time I am utterly disgusted with this resort! Save your money and book somewhere else!

One word Amazing One Love
Me and my wife celebrated our honeymoon/5 years together and this was definitely one to remember. Not only was the resort amazing and had so much to offer, the staff was all friendly and accommodating. Big shout out to Amster/Megan/ Virgin Atlantic Rep who helped us on deciding what excursion as the boat party/ Catermaran trip to Negril was so worth the money and we didn't realise how fun the experience was going to be. The food served at the buffet and the steakhouse was delicious. The jerk huts are a must and the different selection of mocktails/cocktails makes the resort a place where you can feel comfortable wherever you are. The beach is one I will never forget as they were the highlight of our holiday, there's such a peace and solice attached to them, even early sunsets and sun rises made me and my wife's time even more special. They cater for everyone here, if your looking to party they have entertainment till the early hours, singing, beach parties and even live bands. If your looking to relax there is a massive pool complex with different parts to it and even a private pool. Not only that there are different sections of the beach attached to the resort so there's always space to relax or even have a nap in the sun... The one thing about the resort the staff are very friendly and mostly always checking that guest are having a good time. 5 star place to be and will have to visit again in the future. Thank you so much love all the way from the UK
