Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Hotel Spring Break Policy - This hotel cannot guarantee a spring-break-free environment. Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.

Jul 01, 2025Great Staff, but Still Falls Short
My best friend and I went to this resort for a quick getaway. The staff are truly amazing! They were very accommodating and did their best to help us with any request. Ivan and Oscar are the best!!! Unfortunately, the hotel itself was not so great. The AC in our room on the 16th floor sis not working well and we were hot at night. The maintenance people came up several times but it never worked well. It was very windy and raining when we arrived. We kept hearing a really loud sound, like a yard blower. We finally figured out it was the wind blowing through cracks around the patio door. The upstairs adult only pool area was very small and hot. The pool staff were awesome and attentive! The family pool downstairs was crowded when the sun did shine. For a 5 star hotel, the food was mediocre at best. We talked to other guests and they had similar comments. The steak we had was super tough and mine was rare. The other restaurants were similar. We did enjoy the breakfast buffet and Jose made great omelets! The second night there, my best friend ordered chicken wings from room service and until that point, we had eaten all the same food. I didn't like the way the chicken wings looked or smelled so I didn't eat them. My best friend did and Unfortunately, got sick. She was not feeling well for most od the rest of the trip. We had a facial in the spa and it was wonderful! Quite relaxing! The ladies were very professional and did a fabulous job! The staff went out of their way to help us book activities and help us with transportation. Amstar is great for travel. We would not go back to this hotel. It wasn't a 5 star in our minds.

this is not resort i can consider as a hotel with all inclusive. not proper clean and special restaurant close for privet event.

Jun 30, 2025A Dream Getaway with a Few Disruptions
Our stay at Dream Vista Cancun was overall a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the team truly made our holiday memorable with their warmth and attentiveness. The cleaning staff were fantastic — always polite, efficient, and kept everything spotless. A big thank you to the restaurant team — Johnathan, Avenamar, Enrique, Jesus, Armano, Gabriel, Elias, Freddy, Cielo, both Vanessas, and Yiurida — who went above and beyond to accommodate us and make each mealtime special. The bar staff, both in the lobby and restaurants, were always pleasant and served every drink with a smile. And the coffee shop team really stood out — no matter how busy they were, they always greeted us with genuine warmth and energy. A real highlight of the stay! However, while the hotel and staff were exceptional, one thing that did affect our experience was the late-night noise from other guests. Unfortunately, some people were inconsiderate during the early hours, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. We do hope the hotel takes this on board to ensure a more restful stay for everyone in the future. That said, Dream Vista has a lot to offer, and with a little more emphasis on guest courtesy, it could be even more amazing. We’re grateful for the lovely team who made us feel so welcome — and we hope to return soon! 🌴☀️

We had an amazing stay at Dreams Vista Golf & Spa! The rooms were incredible—super clean, modern, and the A/C worked perfectly, which was a big plus. Once we upgraded to the Preferred Club, the view was absolutely breathtaking—it’s totally worth it! The staff was beyond friendly, always ready with a smile and happy to help. The waitresses especially made us feel so welcome, like we were part of the family. A special shoutout to Rubén at the teppanyaki—his food was not only delicious but the whole experience was fun and interactive. Miguel also stood out with his great service and flavorful dishes. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for the whole family. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Dreams Vista Cancun in late February 2025. The hotel is beautiful, the view is absolutely breathtaking, and everything is spotlessly clean throughout the property. However, our trip got off to a rough start: our room was located directly under the rooftop restaurant, and the noise was constant, day and night. Definitely avoid that floor if you’re looking for peace and quiet. To make things worse, our neighbors had extremely loud and poorly behaved children, which made it difficult to relax. After several complaints, Maria, the manager, was amazing. She truly listened and took action by upgrading us to a Royal Corner Suite as compensation. That gesture saved our vacation, and we are very thankful for her professionalism. We paid for the Preferred Club, which gives access to the adults-only rooftop pool and the Vista Prime restaurant. Vista Prime was absolutely outstanding — one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had at an all-inclusive. The other restaurants available to all guests were good, but in our opinion, more like 4-star quality, not 5. Our biggest disappointment was the lack of adults-only guest room areas, especially on the top floors. For the price paid, we believe the 10th and 11th floors should be adults-only. Hearing kids screaming in the hallway or in neighboring rooms really ruined the experience — even in a high-end suite. We would only consider coming back if the hotel creates adults-only floors. Otherwise, despite the stunning views and great service, we won’t return.
