Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Hotel Spring Break Policy - This hotel cannot guarantee a spring-break-free environment. Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
Resort allows small dogs under 22 lbs. Please contact the resort prior to booking to confirm all requirements are met and they can provide you the current cost per night. This fee will be payable to the hotel. Proper paperwork must be provided to the hotel prior to check-in.

Poor customer service. It was a mix bag. Some employees were extremely nice and helpful and others were the extreme opposite, rude and unhelpful. The 50/50 response makes me not want to return. We are club members and we were treated not with the experience of an expensive preferred membership but as guest who were an inconvenience.

We had the absolute wedding of our dreams at Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa, and it was all thanks to Josselyne! From the moment we started planning, she made everything so seamless, stress-free, and truly magical. My husband and I can genuinely say our wedding day was better than we could've ever imagined. Every little detail was thought of and executed perfectly — we were blown away. If you're considering getting married at Dreams Vista, don’t hesitate — 100% DO IT. The resort is stunning, the food was incredible, and every single staff member went above and beyond to make us feel special. Josselyne, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our big day unforgettable. You are amazing at what you do!

Dream Vista Resort is super bad
The world cafe staff is great specifically Carlos Yepez, Avenamar, Gabriel. That's about it the rest of the resort sucks. It's like being at a school for kids with no flexibility whatsoever. Not only we wouldn't visit this resort anymore but also we will not come to Cancun ever again. Punta Cana is much better

Good resort with a great staff. I visited recently with family, and Adam and Alfredo went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and accommodated. On the last night of our trip Adam was amazing setting up our dinner and getting pictures of the family for us. The resort is very nice and has a decent amount of activities to keep you busy every day or you can just lounge at the pool. The restaurants were generally good, and as we also had a premium room, the rooftop restaurant was fantastic, and the pool was a nice getaway from the main spots in the hotel. My one complaint would be the beach is relatively small and generally pretty full so it can be difficult to get an area to sit.

Couples Getaway that exceeded our expectations
I have nothing but good things to say about this resort! The staff are friendly and attentive, the food and drinks were outstanding, the rooms spacious and clean. We upgraded to preferred and it is definitely worth the extra cost. All our needs were met almost as quick as we could request them and the rooftop views and dining experiences were top notch. 10/10 recommend!
