Oct 10, 2024Glad we went, but not quite as expected
The hotel is nice, but the beach area is disappointing because it’s small. There were not very many ocean water activities. The food and beverage was just okay. All in all, we had fun. The excursions we chose certainly made the trip memorable!

Resort was nice with great staff especially by the pool. Kendle, Rolando and Benjamin were amazing. Rooms were very nice and comfortable with the exception of no AC for the first night and until almost 4pm the next day. We finally had to change rooms. The first room we were moved to also did not have air conditioning. The second did but did ruin our first full day there. However, the staff was great about making up for the difficulties and making sure the rest of our stay was outstanding. Highly recommend Gladys and Alejandro in the Spa for massages. We attended a wedding for a friend’s daughter that was held at the resort and it was beautiful. The ceremony and the reception were executed very well. Overall we had a great time in a very nice resort

I booked a preferred club room, 6 days and, 5 nights with my 2 children. I am not recommended with family travel with kids under 18 upgraded to preferred club . But I highly recommend this resort, it has very good service and feels welcoming, the food was great recommend blue water grill and Himitsu restaurant. Alejandro he is absolutely great service at Himitsu , and Armando at blue water grill also best waiter .

Expectations were met and surpassed
I could not be happier with the choice of choosing Dreams Vista Cancún Golf & Spa Resort. Shout out to Alejandro (Himulchis manager), Majo (the host), Abel (the Chef), Hernan (our waitress), Ruby and Irene (from the entertainment team, Miguel from the VIP bar, Hilda our concierge, and Wilfredo from Blue water grill. Those are the names I can remember, but everyone was amazing and exceptional. Food was spectacular I could not get enough. Everyone was super friendly and very happy to accommodate any needs.

Perfect!
We got married at Dreams Vista and had an amazing time. Our wedding Planner Giselle made our special day perfect, she planned everything exactly how we wanted and made sure the wedding process was as smooth as possible. And Jose from the 360 Rooftop Bar went above and beyond making his own personalized drinks and making our favorite drinks. He even came in on his day off to work and bartend at our wedding at our request. Although our A/C did not work in our first room we were quickly moved to an upgraded room. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The resort was very clean and had lots of activities to do throughout the week . Overall we had an amazing experience.
