Very poor
We were in the building #4. The room was terrible, it had strong oil paint smell; the isolation between the rooms was very bad; the bed had sagging structure, creaking springs. When we arrived the room, the telephone was not working; the only lump in the room was not plugged; the curtain could not close, leave a gap of 3-4 inches; the faucet of the sink in the bathroom was not working properly. It was the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

Not an all inclusive. They don’t care.
My spouse and I stayed here for 1 week for a bachelor party. This is not an all exclusive. Every restaurant other then the buffet costs a min. of 40 USD per person to go to. We arrived on a Monday and couldn’t get a single dinner reservation for the entire week we where here. We had to leave the hotel for every dinner adding to the cost of the week. After complaining the staff did nothing I gave the the opportunity to make it right and they did nothing. Also if your doing a large party you will never get seated for food they don’t have the staff or the table space to handle it. On our last night our room next to us partied till 4:30am after complaining no one came to tell them to stop. I had to confront them to stop. They have zero dispute resolution!!!

The worst place to stay!
This hotel is 1* hostel for youngsters. Over 1000 rooms and 20 lounge chairs on the beach and some reserved beds for members. If you have reg room and blue bracelet the food is not edible. We upgraded to black bracelet to save our lives and food is much better and so many options. We could not upgrade to waterfront buildings and stayed in building 2 where is impossible to sleep. Primitive people are loud all night long. Tried to phone security from 11 pm till 1 AM and nobody answered the phone. Had to dress up and go to the lobby to find security who did nothing. It was noisy until 3 AM until party animals fell asleep. 90% of guests are Mexicans who smoke everywhere. Red flag on the beach all the time. Weather is humid and hot overnight, not like Pacific coast. Cancun - never again.

Worst hotel .
Stay away from this hotel. Arrived Feb 5th. Still we are in the hotel room 2580. The room doesn't have a dresser or drawer. Our clothes are in the suitcase on the floor. The safe doesn't have a lock. When we inquired, they told us that, we have to pay for it, which it is stupid and we don't feel safe. I have been many times in Mexico, never seen anything like this.

Great resort!
This was my first time visiting this resort. I found there were plenty of options to eat and drink. We only had the blue wrist band which is basically basic. Even with that, there were many options and special restaurants to choose from. We did pay for the romantic dinner, it was very nice. We stayed in a junior king suite and the room was great, there was plenty of space and a stocked mini fridge. The pool areas are great, there lots of space in the main area if you don’t go to the beach. The adults only beach club is also very nice. The entertainment nighty was well and fun to watch. My only concern with the resort is there is a lot of people walking around the resort trying to sell you vapes, cigars, glasses, and even drugs. The workers seem to just turn a blind eye to it. It starts to get annoying when you relax and you’re approached multiple times by different people. We were also not asked to upgrade when we checked in, if we were asked we definitely would have. End of the day I would recommend this resort even to families!
