Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well organized. The view from the balcony was amazing. The turndown/room service went above and beyond. I was expecting the usual, just cleaning trash and replacing towels, but they even organized some of the personal items and moved things vs cleaning around them. Pools were amazing and dancers at the high energy pool were top notch entertainment

Amazing vacation
When we got to the hotel we were greeted with a cool towel and service was exceptional. Our bags were taken to our room and we were offered a drink upon check in. The resort is very secure, I would feel comfortable staying here by myself and will in the future. Once we got to our room it was beyond what I excited. The view of the ocean was amazing, the amenities inside the room were better than expected. The second day we got a call on the phone in the room making sure we were taken care of and everything was going well. The restaurants, pools, and beach were also amazing. Way better than I expected from an all inclusive resort. 10/10 will be back. Best vacation I’ve ever taken.

Very enjoyable stay!
Very enjoyable stay! Food, drinks, service, entertainment, accommodations, cleanliness, views, and overall atmosphere were top notch. Two minor downsides: (1) The "fun pool" (roof top of the smaller tower) played only a heavy beat dance style music, and very loudly. They never change it up with country, rock, reggae, etc. The lack of variety got very old quickly. (2) The Ultimate Vacation Club staff were everywhere around the lobby. They are only aggressive on the day you arrive (thankfully), but you can't go anywhere in the public areas without seeing lots of guests being escorted around by these high-pressure sales people peddling their story about why the UVC will be your key to long-term happiness. Of course a 12 oz bottle of suntan lotion was $35 US in the gift shop, but you should expect that at one of these resorts. Overall, a very positive experience!

Best spot to ever celebrate a bachelorette party
We were celebrating my daughter's bachelorette party and we had a fabulous time and felt like we were the most important people at the resort as I feel they do that for for each person that is there they are constantly checking up on making sure you're enjoying your vacation

My 32nd Birthday celebration.
My oceanfront room was absolutely amazing. The resort was absolutely beautiful the service was phenomenal. The food was delicious and the drinks were good. I highly recommend breathless all inclusive resort for your next vacation. ♉🇲🇽
