With so many resorts to choose from in Cancún, I’m happy we choose breathless. Staff was kind and attentive from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Special shout-out to Alex on the entertainment team. He was kind enough to introduce himself and inform us of what entertainment to expect. Cannot forget Alejandro who took care of us on the beach. Checked on us constantly and took the time to chat with us. Resort is small but this gives you a chance to see/do and taste everything. Good variety of food at the buffet. I enjoyed almost everything I tried. As far as restaurants to try, Picante is a must! Food was delicious. Also really enjoyed Fishnets.

The food is incredible. The drinks are delicious. The accommodations are beautiful and meticulously maintained. The staff and service are sensational. There isn’t a single negative comment that I can make about this place. What a wonderful trip!

The Breathless in Cancun is very clean and the staff at the restaurants are very nice. However, they do not allow shots at any bars except the lobby and they yell at you if you eat near the pool. We were also told to turn off the music on our speaker because someone complained. The nightlife isn't great at all and all the bars close very early. They didn't fill out fridge our entire stay even though we asked multiple times and the front desk is very rude. We had to pay extra to use a cabana and to checkout later. It doesn't feel like an all inclusive because everything is an additional cost. I definitely would not recommend this resort for the amount of money you have to pay.

Great place for a vacation!
Beautiful resort. The food in the 3 restaurants I attended were good (Fishnets, Silk City and Spoon). However, the buffet (Spoon) had the best options of them all! The entertainment could be better as well as the music options at the rooftop and ground floor pool. The rooms were spotless. If you can book an XHALE stay do it the extra amenities are worth it!! VIP Bar, Separate rooftop pool, access to Silk City. The hotel club was fun. Their DJ's could use some work and it's kind of small but it got the job done. The beach is not private so you do share it with the locals who are just there enjoying themselves like you. I picked up a beer can out of the ocean which sucked but, the water was beautiful as far as the eyes could see. They do have a team that cleans the ocean in the morning which was nice to see. For

Take me back!
Rooms are clean and the views were amazing, we stayed in the tower- floor 27. We did the Xhale club for access to extra amenities for my husbands birthday. The entire hotel is super clean and there are many options for pool or beach entertainment, places to eat as well as easy bar access for drinks inside and outside. The entire staff was so nice and helpful throughout our stay. This is the 2nd time we visited Breathless Soul in 3 years and would highly recommend for an adults only stay.
