Food is delicious sent 4 nights only problems I had was that the pool was very cold and only 1 elevator worked so sometimes had to wait over 10mins to get it as it was always full. Drinks was okay and staff at the bar not a bit friendly. Activities are really good the Activities crue is awesome. They had fun energy all the time. Room service menu can be better did not like the little options they had. But I gave the resort a 6 out of 10.

November vacation
The beach and the 3 colors water were the best—there’s truly nothing like the sound of the waves and the feeling of sand beneath your feet. The staff at the hotel made the experience even more incredible! They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, from the warm welcomes to the personalized service. It’s safe to say they made a great vacation unforgettable. Can't wait to go back someday!

My experience at Dreams Sands Resort and Spa Cancun was absolutely amazing! The resort is stunning, with breathtaking surroundings and a beautiful beach that made every moment unforgettable. The staff went above and beyond – they were incredibly kind, proactive, and always ensured we were well taken care of. The service was of the highest quality, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options that impressed us every single day. The ambiance throughout the resort was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Mexico. I loved every moment of my stay and would return 1,000 times over. Truly an incredible experience that I’ll never forget!

Just got back, wonderful experience!
From the moment we arrived till the moment we left the hotel we always had wonderful service. Staff learned our names. They were truly there to help. Check in was very personal and easy. Then after the front desk, you are greeted by another hotel employee who is ready to start selling things . The spa, romantic dinner for two, and to visit us during hotels to show you what else Hyatt has to offer. We were very tired them and just wanted to get to our room. That was the only negative I have about this hotel. We enjoyed the restaurants, the shows, I loved the beach. We snorkeled, floated, road some small waves and enjoyed cocktails from beach chairs. Multiple restaurants different option. Pools were fun especially the swim up bar. We had a king size suite with a balcony. A balcony is a must. Nothing better than having your coffee looking over that gorgeous blue ocean. We always had great service sitting on any part of the beach when they preferred or not. I know tips are included. But I know I’m going to a foreign country and these people really appreciate any thing. I tip for every drink ! There is a beachside restaurant, which is more casual. We had nice flank steaks at. If you would like to go to one of their restaurants just know you’re usually on a 30 to 45 minute. Wait list. Just know this before hand. Go to the front of the restaurant give your name and room number. And just wait around the hotel or whether it be in the lobby, or at the lobby bar or outside by the pool. They will buzz you and then enjoy different types of food at their different restaurants.

Jonathan the best men , Great guy, I give him 100 out of 10, we had a great time together: we played football, volleyball, were active and had fun , this guy is very energetic, cheerful, funny, makes jokes and speaks English that is pleasant to the ear
