Nov 28, 2024The vacation of a lifetime
Amazing resort, staff is so friendly, 5 star top notch service, some of our highlights were the following employees: Bryan, Angie, Diana from the entertainment team, antonio the concierge and antonio the bartender. These staff members took a extra time to make us so welcomed will come again!

The hotel is dated and not what we feel we paid for. When arriving we were given a bare-bones room with unbearable noise from the wind whistling past our old windows. When we requested a new room, we were given a room with a view of a WALL. I did not pay all this money to look out at a wall. We were told this was a partial ocean view room. The only glimpse of water I got was standing on a table to see over the wall. So disappointing. The hotel’s pools were nothing special and often times dirty. Not exactly thrilling choice especially if you have kids who enjoy unique pools with waterfalls or fun layouts. You won’t get that here. The hotel is basic but nothing to write home about. The beach and swimming area were nice and we commented several times that we never felt like it was too congested. This was a plus to the many downs.

Food is delicious sent 4 nights only problems I had was that the pool was very cold and only 1 elevator worked so sometimes had to wait over 10mins to get it as it was always full. Drinks was okay and staff at the bar not a bit friendly. Activities are really good the Activities crue is awesome. They had fun energy all the time. Room service menu can be better did not like the little options they had. But I gave the resort a 6 out of 10.

November vacation
The beach and the 3 colors water were the best—there’s truly nothing like the sound of the waves and the feeling of sand beneath your feet. The staff at the hotel made the experience even more incredible! They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, from the warm welcomes to the personalized service. It’s safe to say they made a great vacation unforgettable. Can't wait to go back someday!

Incredible Stay – Highly Recommend!
My experience at Dreams Sands Resort and Spa Cancun was absolutely amazing! The resort is stunning, with breathtaking surroundings and a beautiful beach that made every moment unforgettable. The staff went above and beyond – they were incredibly kind, proactive, and always ensured we were well taken care of. The service was of the highest quality, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options that impressed us every single day. The ambiance throughout the resort was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Mexico. I loved every moment of my stay and would return 1,000 times over. Truly an incredible experience that I’ll never forget!
