Pillows and bed were amazing. Food was great for the most part. A few issues with steaks but even when complaining to managers, they fixed it. It’s worth doing secrets. The VIP is experience is worth it since you have access to breathless, wouldn’t be worth it if you didn’t! Would go back again.

8 hours without air conditioning, 4 hours without hot water, and conned into a presentation which ultimately lasted 4.5 hours. The master suite was very nice. Food, drinks and service were good, but with all the setbacks I only enjoyed one day of my trip. I don't believe I will return to this resort.

Excellent vacation. Had so much fun doing activities around pool with Steven around pool area and in club when weather wasn’t good. Louis the bar tender was best we’ve seen . Room was clean and comfortable. Food excellent. Can’t wait for next trip

Great resort for couples
Overall a nice resort! Very cleanly and really nice and helpful staff. A nice place to relax and enjoy the beach and pool. Just would recommend more options for entertainment and variety in food options at the restaurants. Staff were quickly able to assist with any issues that arise, and made sure our stay was comfortable and as expected.

Secrets and Breathless!!! NOPE!!!
Booked at Secrets for quiet time and in order to go back and forth to Breathless (next door) because it’s PARTY!!! PARTY!!! Secrets have roaches! Ended up staying at Breathless. Party of 15 Food in both resorts, VERY mediocre!!! Taco Bell tastes better!!! Get the Xhale Club or Preferred Club otherwise you are treated like someone homeless off the street. Staff treats you as if YOU are annoying them!!! Their favorite words are NO!!! Heard this from many other guests there during the stay!!! Don’t think about getting into the ocean you must fight the dirt first!!! Hurricane Helene brought in all the and gnats!!! (EYE-ROLL) 2 guest rooms smelled like mold and staff didn’t care to do anything about it. Our health isn’t important to them!!! 3 guest rooms never got their welcome beverage!!! 1 guest room DND was on and the staff entered at will!!! Secrets and Breathless!!! NOPE!!!
