Apr 17, 2025Enjoyed our time at Secrets Wild orchid!
If I could give a 4.5 I would. This is our second time going to secrets wild orchid. WE REALLY ENJOYED THE FRIENDLY AND ACCOMIDATING STAFF, CAREEN AND O’BRIEN WERE OUR FAVES, beautiful location, accommodations and food options. There were a couple frustrations. We were pushed to find time to meet with the staff in regards to their vacation club, which we refused several times before they got the hint. We were called twice at 8am (first time we picked up and hung up because we were sleeping) one morning to be asked if we would be going on excursions wanting us to buy from them rather than the lobby. Lastly, two different days the pool bar ran out of vodka so we had to go to an inside bar to get some for the rest of the afternoon. Overall we had a great time and were sad to leave!

The people are very friendly. The rooms had a refresh and look very nice. The resort is very clean. Entertainment was great. The beach could use a good rock sweep but is still a great place to be. Matthew at the Prefered Club is a joy, friendly, gets things done. Duran and Kenroy at Prefered Club took care of our every need from making reservations for dinner, transportation to reserving chairs and having towels for you when you arrive to the beach. Kenroy at Portofino was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Shushawna at Bordeaux was also friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

Apr 16, 2025Fix ur plumbing
I woke up to a pool of toilet water that flooded my room. Literally surrounding my bed, had to walk through it to escape it. Then it took an hour and half to get someone to come and actually fix it. The staff members also laughed at me when I asked for a drink at the bar, though I’m a grown woman. If you want good service on an expensive vacation, this isn’t the right place to go at all.

Great Anniversary Vacation
We went to Jamaica to celebrate our 18th Year Wedding Anniversary. The service at Wild Orchid was unbelievable. We booked the preferred service and were upgraded to the Swim up Ocean View and the Butler service. Everyone was very accommodating with the friendliest service. Big UPS to Devon, Adia, and Brandon. Thank you all SO much.

Amazing Trip
We have been to this resort 8 times. We keep coming back because we feel that it is like home. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Everyone in every department always takes the time to say hello and many go even further and inquire about how we are and if there is anything that they can do to make our day better. The food at every restaurant is very tasty. Plenty of choices and always the best quality. Our Butlers DURAN and KENROY granted our every wish often before we knew we wanted it. They are the two most hard working, friendly, happy people we have ever met. I honestly can’t say enough about their wonderful service. Our servers: Richard at the morning buffet was always welcoming and attentive. At the French restaurant Saneka and Kimberly were amazing. So knowledgeable about not only their restaurant but the menu of the others as well. They were engaging? Informative, smiling and friendly. Romain at the japanese restaurant was entertaining, a great cook and he out on a fabulous show for us. Our room attendant Keresn was so friendly and checked on my mom daily. She was honest, hardworking and very efficient. Matthew….what can I say? He is so friendly and he remembers all the quests names and faces from one visit to the next. Betty is another butler that we found so sweet .She always took the time to smile and ask how we are and I know she honestly wanted to know! We have enjoyed our vacation here once again and we have plans to come back in November Patty and Laurier Guimond
