Secrets wild orchid was one of the most amazing places I've been. The food and drinks were delicious and don't have any complaints. Everyone there in all departments were very professional, accommodating to your needs and so friendly. The rooms and grounds were clean and kept up with all over the resort. Sky and Fierce with the entertainment team were so much fun to be around. The bar staff were on top of getting us drinks our entire trip. A great big shout out to the staff who made our trip even more amazing were Sky, Fierce(entertainment), Kerri Anne, JR, Arlando (bar/cabana), Patrick (Lifeguard) and Alissa(Concierge). We definitely will be going g back!

Taheisha! What an amazing experience
Taheisha from front desk needs to be a manager! She has been outstanding, very professional, while giving personality which is very refreshing. I highly recommend this hotel just because of the experience I’ve got from Takisha. Im very impressed! I hope you all get to experience what I just witnessed. ❤️

We love the Secrets brand, but this was our worst experience by far. The resort in general was decent (although needing repair) and the restaurants certainly offered a good menu, but the service and staff were well below the Secrets standard. A great example was when our room started to have water come through the light fixtures and begin building up in the bathroom. Although I assume the room above us was to blame, the staff were ignorant and genuinely felt bothered to help us fix the problem. To be clear, we did not ask for anything other than if they thought the problem would persist, and if so if we could be moved. This poor experience occurred throughout our visit, and overall made us not want to visit the island, and especially the resort again. The one highlight was the entertainment staff. They were amazing and full of energy everyday despite investing so much into their performance and the first experience. I just wish their energy and effort transferred to the rest of the staff.

Great Visit
I would recommend treating yourself to a Master Suite with a Butler. The service was outstanding. Ask for Kenroy and Duran. The Master suite was extremely comfortable, the two butlers were available through whatsapp and were very attentive.

30 Year Anniversary!!!!!$$$$
Kenroy and Duran were amazing!!!!! They were very helpful and catered to our every need!!! We had a great time and will return in the future. Maybe next time a family vacations. This was an epic vacation and our butlers went above and beyond our expectations! The coolest surprise was the bubble bath and card wishing us a happy anniversary!
