The super king size bed is the comfiest bed I’ve stayed in! The rooms are immaculate and the air con is fabulous. Food is excellent, staff so friendly and helpful! So much choice with 4 restaurants, booked via the app one or two days in advance, easy to book. Loved every second would highly recommend and I class myself as fussy! Entertainment was fabulous too. Montego Bay was spectacular. I felt the commodore between the staff and they enticed the guest experience. I believe the all inclusive dining experience and “Triple RIU” deal of back-to-back hotels was sweet. Truly a 3 for 1!

Fab hotel
The most fabulous hotel . Spotlessly clean . Fabulous staff who work very hard. Winston what can we say the best bar man with the biggest smile . Such a delightful person . Who made the best cocktails . Jonny bravo . Skye and the entertainment team you were so much fun 🤩. Ronaldo and the pool bar crew you were amazing. Ronaldo had the best moves by the pool . Thank you for making our holiday with our lads the best . We will be back 🙏🏼

Amazing destination
Choice of food and quality outstanding, staff very friendly & so helpful. Cleanliness faultless. Entertainment crew fab, so much fun. Only couple minor issues, no kettle for tea in the room, needed to pay a deposit which don't understand as there was coffee machine in the room. Also lovely new member of staff in the bar was happily working away and 3 tines I saw her manager just appear from nowhere scowling and gesturing at her, even though she was working hard & really friendly. The manager even gave me a fright one of the times as she appeared at the window just over my shoulder!!!

Jamaica baby
We can not find a fault with our whole stay at all, the staff, the food, the entertainment team, the location, the scenery and pretty much everything with the hotel. Our stay was amazing and is definitely top of the list of countries we’ve ever visited, thank you to all the Riu staff for making our holiday such an incredible experience.
