Arturo and Guadalupe made us feel like home! Our drinks were never empty and we ate here everyday on our trip! It’s right next to the beach where you can tan and eat back and forth. We will definitely be back and hope you all visit and meet them! The best!

5 star Ellio the staff member and to the resort
An absolutely amazing trip we had to the TRS Yucatan resort. Everything was perfect from the facilities to the food to the staff but an absolute massive shout out to the one and only new staff member you have in ELLIO who has only been on the resort for 1 month, from first meeting him to every day after, we had nothing but top service and the most friendly man, so if you come across him please give him big smiles and just be happy in knowing that he will go above and beyond for you, give the man a raise and promote him. The room we had with a pool was fabulous and the maid and butler service top notch, too many names to name but a big thank you to all and we hope to come back, sadly the beach was not accessible due to the seaweed which unfortunately at this time of the year, nothing can be done, yes more cleaning of it but thats just a little issue, the pools made up for this. So dont hesitate to book and make sure to say hello to ELLIO, who is a true asset to the resort.

TRS Yucatán Bell Boys
The Bell Boys at TRS Yucatán were amazing! Specifically Manuel Guerrero, Daniel Marin, and Alonso. They truly made our stay special.

No words other than Wow needed
Was our first time to Mexico & without the kids (23 years), we most definitely could not of asked for better. We were in a Junior Suite & Jacuzzi block 70, our butlers 😳 were helpful esp booking a la carte, location was perfect. Favourite brekkie & lunch was in Capricho with such a warm welcome from Laura, Montserrat, Jenifer & Arnulfo. On my birthday they came with cake & candle and sang to me 🥰. Paulina in Capricho was such a lovely waitress also happy and smiling obviously loves her job and great at it. The French was probably my favourite food wise but they are all superb. The best night we had was in the Italian when served by Marco. Wow his English blew us away, we had some great conversations especially about Mexico, he really made that night special. Everyone we met from cleaners, ground staff, gold buggy drivers were so friendly, helpful and have really made us want to return ASAP

Chic Cabaret and Restaurant
Had an amazing night at Chic Cabaret and Restaurant this evening. Sonia was our host and attended to us very well. The food was all beautiful and the entertainment was spectacular. A must if you are staying at the resort!
