Top shelf drinks were not available. Didn’t feel informed about events and location of activities during stay. Room given initially was not what we booked, upon moving the staff documentation was never updated so we had to continue claiming the first room for everything. Was supposed to receive a bottle of choice upon arrival, it was delivered after multiple requests late at night on the day before departure.

The Xhale Club Junior Suite swim up was so nice! The double rain fall shower heads did not disappoint. The beds were comfortable. The staff was great! And the Italian restaurant was so good my boyfriend and I ate there two nights in a row. 10/10 for me!

Great service! Best personality
Edwin and Daniel by the pool closest to the pizza place were the absolute best servers ever. Polite hard workers that made sure our drinks were full and always with a smile. They both remembered my name and the reason why? Because I treated them nicely. Such good good fellas and I hope if I’m ever back here I’ll see them again! I hope their hard work does not go unnoticed by their bosses…. I’m guessing every traveler is not as kind as my group! ❤️✈️

This was the NICEST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, very clean, right on the beach, and pool/bars were a blast! Not only was the hotel amazing, the service and workers made the trip so special. They were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met, and really interacted with us to make us feel right at home. Definitely will come back again!

The service was not great at the main restaurant. The omelette station where they made your eggs plus was excellent even though the rest of the food was gross. The service brought me a hot chocolate which burnt my lips and a month later I still do not have full feeling. They were more concerned about cleaning up other tables when people left then serving the current people that were still eating waiting on their drinks. The Steak & French specialty restaurant were great. We wish that we would have just gone to them only, but they were only open for dinner. The free spa treatment was excellent, but we were almost kicked out of each step as we went along which was not great. The service to go from the hotel back to the airport was mean and they insisted upon us going back to the airport which was half an hour away at 8:30 when we had a flight at 11:20. When I told them no, they got mean and Said that they couldn't guarantee us getting there on time. They refused to put us on the 9:20 van ride. This was all in person by the way. Then they had told me that they would email me back the confirmation and never did. The next day my wife called them and told them that we never got a confirmation email and that we were on the 8:30 ride. My wife politely told them that we wanted the 9:20 and they said OK and minutes later I got the confirmation email. Other than the service the hotel was beautiful and the private pool area was great. The main pools were nice. We went the last weekend of August through to Wednesday that next week past Labor Day. We were celebrating my birthday.
