Koi Oriental Cuisine restaurant in Cancun was outstanding. The server Mario was exceptional. The food prepared by Gustavio was delicious. He came and checked on us if the food was good and we all took a picture. I would go over and over again.

Big and clean 👍
My family and I spent an incredible vacation!! it was our first time in this hotel and it was very nice!! The rooms were very comfortable, spacious and clean,(and that part is very important for us) the beach was beautiful with an amazing view!!!The entertainment staff were super nice people!! We’re definitely planning on coming back!

Great vacation!!
The atmosphere, and the experience was wonderful! The views and the beach were beautiful well. The entertainment was amazing, definitely the kindest staff. The hotel was in good shape, the rooms were clean and fresh. All the activities available were very fun and easy to participate in. Overall the entire experience was top-notch.

Highly recommend!
I’m a member. I go a lot. I’m preparing to return for the third time this year. I am really looking forward to seeing the new snack bar. The recently completed new pool bar is a fantastic upgrade. Of course the location is unbeatable and the travel from Chicago super easy. The exceptional staff and service make the every stay a delight. Especially Cristina with the entertainment staff. Everyone knows I will be playing beach volleyball twice a day, every day…

Rooms were ok but very clean. Place is calm and relaxing. Staff is very helpful. Food was not good at all. Buffet has no taste. I should have given the restaurants a try but didn’t have a chance. Drinks were also not good at all. Evry mixed drink had a nasty after taste. Like if they use powdered mix. Would I sty again not likely.
