    Beautiful

Beautiful property, beautiful beach. My husband and I were there to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Sadly sunscreen and the ocean are an unfortunate combo for jewelry and my husband lost his wedding ring in the water while on one of the stationary orange floats. It's only a $25 ring, but sentimental as it's the original from our wedding day in 2004. It's inscribed with my name and our wedding date and is a simple titanium band. The hotel is aware and has my contact info. Seeing my husband crying on the beach broke my heart and I'll gladly pay $500usd for the safe return to me. Fingers crossed♥️

Short stay at the Ritz Aruba

Our short stay was great as always, very nice X- Mas decorations. Lunch at Madero was enjoyable with very helpful staff that went out their way to provide in our specific diatairy needs. Housekeeping services provided by Maritza Rueda were quite exeptional and added to the carefree enjoyment of our stay at the Ritz. Lei & Steven

    The best in Aruba

We love coming to the Ritz in Aruba! This most recent time we received a complimentary room upgrade which was very appreciated. The beach service is fantastic, love the segways. Rooms are clean. Food is great! Beach is beautiful and well cared for. Love lounging on the beach floaties in the ocean as well. Well keep coming back!

    2024 Vacation in Aruba

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Ritz 11/11 through 11/17. The Hotel Manager, Susana de la Oliva, and the Guest Relations Manager, Starr Ramos made my wife's Birthday celebration a memorable vacation. Coming from the customer service industry for over 50 years, what impressed me the most is how the two managers lead by example. On several occasions at breakfast, we saw Susana on the floor working with the staff, even clearing tables. Starr was out in the lobby working with the concierges and check-in agents. After our stay last year, I wrote a service review listing all of the people that made our stay a pleasant one. So this year I'm writing another review to acknowledge the following people who went out of their way to make us feel at home. 1) Alejandra Marin - We met Alejandra last year for the first time. My wife and she really bonded. Alejandra is very sociable, professional and caring. This woman is destined to be a Manager. 2) Buzz - The bellman and doorman. He always had a smile on his face and was quick to say good morning. 3) Kiana - The hostess in the morning. I couldn't believe that she was just 16 years old. She was very well dressed, professional and very mature for her age. 4) Adielo - Our waitress at the buffet most mornings. A very conscientious worker. Every time we spoke to her, you could tell how appreciative she was to have a job. 5) Ryan (Busboy @ Salano) - Our busboy at breakfast. He was very efficient and sociable. 6) Edwin (Busboy @ Salano) - We first met him last year. What a great young man this is. He always came up to our table to greet us and ask us what our plans were for the day. What stood out to us most about Edwin is how much he loves his job and being a member of the staff. 7) Sergio, Concierge - He helped us change around some dinner reservations. He was very thorough, professional and detailed. Sergio is someone you should definitely keep an eye on for advancement. 8) The TEAM at the Towel Beach Hut - Roxanne, Angie, Bella, Shaniqua and Maria - They all were very helpful, sociable and just fun to be around. But the standout was definitely Shaniqua. And she was only on the job for 3 months. Don't let her get away from you, because I think eventually, she could work her way up to being a supervisor. 9) Shawn & Stefano - Both of these guys were always available to set up our chairs and umbrella on the beach. We have been going to Aruba since 1972. And it is the people of Aruba that have us coming back every year. Eileen and I can't wait to go back next year. Thanks again for everything. Best Regards, Greg & Eillen P.
