Ask for Moriah
We came on a day pass and we were really disappointed about the service and obstacles we had to deal with but let me say Moriah is the best and we hope the company appreciates her. She changed the mood for all 15 of us and ensure we were all having a great time.

Mariah from the vibe team is the best she so nice I do enjoy every bit of her and her hospitality. She made our entire trip and was very helpful and a bright light on our dampen day.We would surely come back just for her. We were disappointed about not getting our rooms,but she made it a better experience.

Vibes
Shout out to the vibes team!! The bar tenders and the Jamaican showcase was amazing. Ford and Pooh bear special shout out!! I am thinking about coming back soon I really enjoyed my self here and I must say it is a vibe. The beach is beautiful and the sun is nice and warm.

Shoutout to the vibe team for an amazing experience. The entertainment they provided was the highlight of my stay! Ford and Poo-bear were more than accommodating and welcoming x I can’t wait to come and watch the nightly shows and play the beach games…the Jamaican show was the best.

Mid range hotel
So I fall in the middle of all these reviews. The property itself is not 5 stars as advertised. It is a 4 star at best. Beach amazing and beautiful warm sea. Good security and the staff clean the beach. There was no rush for sun lounges. Good places to eat, during the day. We didn’t starve but I agree with other reviews. Food in buffet was not topped up, if you asked for more food it would take an age and sometimes staff didn’t come back. Bars were ok, didn’t like drinking out of plastic cups at night. I asked for a glass to drink processo got asked to bring it back as they didn’t have many… Staff were either absolutely amazing, or very aloof and not helpful, couple of them laughed when I asked for something. Maybe because of my accent?? It happened more than once. Vibe team amazing. Mariah was amazing. Pool, insect graveyard. Needs attention Pool bar, cheap alcohol. Didn’t remotely get tipsy. 1 lift for an entire block. The staff lift was broken so cleaners had to use ours. The other lift for customers was broken as well all week Don’t bother booking speciality restaurants. App doesn’t work for iPhone users. You then have your use most of your holiday time trying your find the correct person to actually book it. So expect lots of exercise walking back and forth from unhelpful reception staff. Restaurants don’t have correct food or run out of food early. When we arrived we got no information on the resort, and complete Lack of information on resort, we got told you have to find it yourself on the television, by reception We spent one night waiting for buffet to open to be eventually told there was a gala event in the village. Which was close to finishing, no food left. Sat on our own on a table as everyone else had finished eating… no visible information about this event. Room was lovely, nicely cleaned. No air conditioning in reception and buffet which was unbearable. Entertainment was brilliant, they work so hard. Mariah and team. Certain waiters and hostess amazing. Jeffrey, Philippa, Joan, Christina. girl that does the eggs in the morning. This sounds like a big moan. But overall we enjoyed our holiday. It is not luxury which is what we paid for. which is why I reckon people get disappointed. We enjoyed it for what it was but unlikely to come back
