Clean, and welcoming. Not as big as the other resorts and I loved it, Will be back soon. Th rooms are very large, and the beach is immaculate. Very quiet and they keep you entertained. Rendezvous bar is my favorite. I cannot wait to be back for sure,

Taken me a while to write this as been trying to decide what I should write. We flew from England so after a long flight was not looking forward to a long transfer, but I have to say it was very quick and we were the only ones in the transfer vehicle. On arrival at resort we were give a nice cool face cloth and drink, then taken to preferred check in. This was smooth and seamless. We also had a butler with our room. Willianni . Then it went down hill with us being shown to the bar for a talk ( yes a up sell timeshare ) not what you want . Preferred club, personally for me this was not a preferred club/ you have to go over the road for the club ( with no atmosphere at all ) I’ve done preferred elsewhere and they have theme parties ( chocolate parties , whiskey/ rum tasting among other) this does nothing to warranty being preferred. Butler / Concierge- Willianni was very polite friendly, she texts every day asking if we were ok and needed anything, ( she got us Evian water) she checked on me once at the beach . Perhaps we would have like a bit more contact , general information about resort and what was on offer . Swim up room . Nice room large enough, bathroom a little dated and finishes touches not 5 * paint in curtains skirting and floor . Mini bar had what you needed and bottle open attached by the fridge door. Restaurants - hit and miss , flying fish awful ( went twice not worth walk) steak one was the best, Italian awful and got order wrong, atmosphere non existentent. Buffet hit and miss tbh get there the right time and foods hot and fresh. Beach - preferred has shade , when you can get a lounger that is . Normal issue loungers saved and not used. , yes there is a guard that does remove when he can be asked . I went on my own one day and could not get a lounger until a family moved . Entertainment- never watched any can’t comment . Would I go to this resort again? Maybe not . The preferred was not worth the money tbh . It could improve and make improved guests feel preferred with a little more personal experience/ touches

Service review
This is hotel is amazing . The best beach what we had . The service is good. All personal are responsible and positive. The food are also good. This is lady on picture-She is very kind, pleasant, and cleans very well. Thank you for nice vacation.

Most amazing beach!
The most beautiful beach I have ever seen! The staff was amazing, very helpful. We had a butler and he was great! The preferred was the way to go, great restaurants and beach area. The beds were very comfortable. The swimout rooms were so nice. I will definitely be going back!

Worst doctors office ever!
Nice place, but if you get sick dont use the doctors office. She doesnt know how to do a dignostic, and she will only try to dig for more money. At the consultation she is always on the phone, sending messages. Very, very, very bad doctor! Just dont use this service!
