What a fantastic experience! We booked a 10 day / 9 night stay at the Dreams Vallarta “Preferred” wing. Service was excellent from the first moment we arrived. Staff was friendly & always helpful. Our butler Ricardo was great! Anything we needed, he made happen. Food was great in all the restaurants. I gave 4 of 5 stars due to having to sit thru a 2 hr sales pitch and having to deal with controlling water from the shower onto the bathroom floor every time someone showered. It was a minor annoyance. The all-inclusive aspect and poolside service for drinks was fantastic.

The customer service of the staff is very good. The sales to purchase into their program is annoying. I came for vacation not to have a car salesman tactic bugging me. The food is not great at the buffet but the resturants are good. Overall OK to stay for an all inclusive. However, I will not stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Dreams Vallarta Bay. Ricardo helped us out in the preferred suite and did an incredible job ensuring that we were taken care of at all times. He was very responsive and took care of all the little details we had asked for while we were prepping for our wedding day. I would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful dining at Dreams Vallarta Bay
I took my adult girls for a "girls trip" plus Dad. We had a fantastic 5 days with two swimout suits and two 8th floor ocean view suites. The accommodations were wonderful. I booked a private Wine Room Dinner and we chose the Chef's special menu, making substitutions as we wished. Chef Joya and Jose Luis at Caper's made this a fantastic 3 hour dining and entertaining experience. The resort pools were warm and comfortable. The weather for us was perfect. The evening fiesta entertainment at the amphitheater was professional. I enjoyed the ensemble entertainment in the main lobby at night. Great vacation.

Our experience was definitely 10/10
Our room was on the 7th floor on the preferred side. We had a beautiful view of the Ocean and pools. Our wedding was truly amazing. Loved the options of different resteraunts and activities. Also not to mention we had the best Butler Ricardo that help took care of all our needs and answered us within seconds when needed. Me and my wife had the hydrotherapy at the spa it was worth it. Staff everywhere was super friendly. All around 10/10. My friends and family loved every minute there.
