We had a wonderful time at Dreams. We went with the intention of laying on the beach but we were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves busy all day with the wonderful activities that were planned. We had a blast with paddle board yoga, water aerobics, a cooking class, an awesome fire show… the list goes on! Armando on the entertainment team made our trip! He went out of his way to invite us to activities, get to know us, and was patient enough to let us practice our Spanish! He is what made our trip special - five stars for Armando!

Restaurant
All staff pretty friendly! But Eugenio truly stood out! He made us feel welcome from the moment we first walked into the restaurant and he went out of his way to ensure we had a great dining experience

Great relaxing time
The personnel service attitude is wonderful very friendly and close. Providing good tips to enjoy hotel and town activitues and providing the best option Enjoy all amenities at spa and pools. Rooms 1st class

The accommodations are older and dated. The food was blah, blah more of a cafeteria vibe! There wasn’t any entertainment for families, I expected more with a title of luxury and five star accommodation especially the cost. Our room was dirty and stinking horribly when we arrived and the air conditioning did not work so they had a portable one (yikes). I ended up changing rooms. Now I will say the staff was extremely friendly and my son really enjoyed the kids club. It felt like there were a lot of time share repeat visitors. The pool closed early and no entertainment AT ALL! Did not live up to it’s designation as a luxury anything.

My amazing stay at Dreams Vallarta Bay!
It was a delight to stay here! I loved all the activities they offered for people to do. I loved all the stuff here. Especially the entertainer Marco, he's extremely sweet and fun to be around. I didn't love the food that much, but it was still enjoyable. Over all one of the best experiences of my life.
