Oct 15, 2024Disappointed... I want my money back
False advertising is all I have to say. This is a very small family resort. They advertise all these restaurants, well don't plan on going to most of them. They are adults only and are at Secrets, which yes you can go over there, but what are we supposed to do with our children. One lady told me to hire a sitter, um....my kids are 9 and 14. Same goes with the pools, their main pool with the swim up bar was closed, so they wanted us to leave our kids at the other pools, and go to the Secrets side. The bars at the pool were closed, so you have to walk back to the lobby to get a drink, if you couldn't find a When I expressed how I felt about the closures and being unaware of them, I was told it wasn't an inconvenience for our family, and we should be fine with it. Buffet wasn't open quite a few evenings, so your choices were Asian or Mexican over and over. The only thing I really have good to say through it all is you do not have to make reservations for the restaurants, besides the hibachi.

Oct 15, 2024Second Visit was even Better!
This was our second time at the Secrets/Dreams Puerto Vallarta hotel and it was an amazing experience again! The biggest highlight was allowing our boys to hang out in “The Explorer’s Club” for a couple of hours. The boys truly enjoyed their time with Estefania, Sarahi, Alejandra, Jazmin and Elena! They were very sweet and had a great handle of all the kids there. Can’t wait to come to this same Hotel a third time!

Relaxing and fun vacation!!!
Our week at Dreams was better than we had hoped!! The fact that the pool was closed for renovation worked out for the best…complete access to Secrets with no charge. Food was good but not fabulous. We had an amazing butler, Eduardo, he took great care of us and made sure all of our requests were handled. Two days at the spa was spectacular 😊

AMAZIN RESORT, VERY KIND PEOPLE AND OVER THE TOP SERVICE!!!
Our stay and service was outstanding, we will definitely be back Our butler Eduardo took care of everything we asked of him quickly and with an smile in his face. During our stay we had access to Secrets side, that was perfect for my family since it's adults only. The crepes at secrets are very good and tasty. our favorite resturant was definitely Capers, food is good and the staff was very friendly and helpful with my allergies. thanks Eduardo again for an AMAZING experince, 5 STARS!!!

Family vacation in paradise!
Great vacation, and exactly what was needed. Our personal butler Eduardo was the best! The resort was clean and not overcrowded. They were refinishing two of the pools but it wasn’t a big deal. Food was good. Poolside suite was fabulous and allowed for extra privacy. We’ll be back.
