My friend got married here it was so lovely!No better place to be. PATY was a great poolside waitress that always kept us laughing. She is the best! Loved our stay here and would love to come again. The housekeeping always kept our room clean and smelling amazing

Truly fabulous stay at this stunning resort
Family trip for my mother in law's special birthday. The hotel and rooms are stunning, rooftop pools out of this world amazing views - you can see the whales in the sea whilst taking a dip! Breakfast we mostly used Market Cafe as it was adults only and closer to our rooms, loved having the mexican egg dishes cooked freshly. Olio for lunch was probably our favourite as the setting on the rooftop was amazing. We tried most or if not all of the A La Cartes and the food and service was amazing at all - possibly the Bluewater Grill being our most favourite. Coffee/ Ice Cream shop served the best coffees with fab Ice Creams and other snacks. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negatives for us were that the hotel is used for corporate events and lots of weddings which generated a lot of noise and bought in disrespectful guests - this did take away some of the holiday vibe for us.

Thanksgiving holiday
It was a great and luxurious hotel! Everything about our stay was amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We had a fantastic time enjoying the beautiful pool and the delicious offerings at the restaurant. Our visit during the Thanksgiving holiday was made even more special by the wonderful shows and performances they hosted. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and the atmosphere was perfect for a memorable holiday getaway. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Place
The staff was amazing and looking forward to going back! Book a SPA package while you are there, it is absolutely AMAZING!!!! The different restaurants to choose from is great! The breakfast buffet has something for everyone and if you get Erika as a Server you, she will take good care of you. During check in, make sure you ask for Andrea to inform you about the resort and what it has to offer! She is a complete GEM and they are lucking to have her on staff!!!!!!!

In My Top Five For Sure
This was our second visit, we were there in April of 2023. It was probably a 3.5 star then, it has definitely shot up to a five star. Our UVC Rep (Vanessa) had everything arranged and ready for us when we got there including a nice upgrade to the Presidential Suite for a great price. She is a gem and if you are a UVC member, request her, you won't be sorry! Angela our Butler took over from there and ensured that we had anything and everything we needed. She's the best butler we've ever had without a doubt! The 8th floor cabana is a must. The views are incredible (Lots of whales) and the service is great. We also did the Marieta Cabana on the beach one day and were fortunate to have Luis and Erick who we actually recognized from Secrets Vallarta Bay. They are two great guys who will make sure you want for nothing! We will be back for sure. This feels like one of those resorts that can become a yearly trip. It's that good!
