We had dinner at Oceana‘s and was served by Alex very exceptional waiter. Make sure that our drinks are always full. The food is top-notch definitely coming back really appreciate the atmosphere highly recommend having Alex as your waiter

Friends escape
We loved our stay!! Oceana with Franco and Alex and Karla were the best! We had a blast for dinner of 10, they took good care of us. This was the second time we stayed at this resort and the service was impeccable, we have stayed at many secrets resorts, and this is probably the best service we’ve ever had.

Great service! Great view! Great bed!
My husband and I went for my 40th birthday and it was amazing! We were in the preferred club and let me tell you it is worth it! We had a swim out pool and the most amazing view to the ocean. We could see the humpback whales from my room. We probably saw in the four nights and five days we stayed, at least 40 humpback whales. We want to make sure we give credit where it is due. We absolutely loved Karla from Oceana Restaurant. She is a manager, and she was so accommodating, kind, and on top of everything! If I owned a restaurant, I would have her run it! She remembered my birthday and she remembered where we liked to sit. She was just fabulous! We also loved Randi from the preferred club bar. He remembered us as well. He made the best drinks! He had the best smile and was so kind and attentive. We also enjoyed Alessandra who was our hostess for El Patio on Friday 02/07 she was absolutely adorable. I hope I wrote her name right. Carlos from El Patio was also great! Fidel from the market buffet breakfast was also wonderful as well as Carlos from concierge at the preferred club. Can I tell you about the beds? The most comfy beds ever! All I can say is, the view the view the view! I want to go back already!

Welcome and entertained!
We absolutely loved our trip to Cabo and the Secrets resort was wonderful. The place was meticulously clean and kept us entertained throughout our stay. We did a free bike tour with Ivan- highly recommended! Ivan was the BEST! We enjoyed a Burlesque show and Mexican themed night. We skipped out on Casino night and the Circus show, but took the hotel transportation to the Art Walk Thursday evening. That was another great time. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming!

Excellent time at Secrets Los Cabos!
We loved our stay at Secrets Puerto Los Cabos! The service was excellent and the Couples Relaxing Massage was amazing. Eduardo with UVC took great care of us! The grounds and facilities were very clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!!
