One of our Best times of our lives !! Beautiful People, so kind, so nice Huicho (Hercules) from the animation team such a great guy , Jesus in the buffet restaurant !! Thank you !! We'll be back soon 😎👍🏻🎶❤️🍺, the room was big and confy , a lot of activities, the kids club is beautiful , and our daughter was so happy there !!!

Lovely resort, would recommend to others. Swimming pools are cold. All the reviews that say they are cold, aren’t lying, we took a walk round to the adult side (which you pay extra for the rooms) and I dipped my feet in their pool and this was definitely heated. We had a swim up room and again, was absolutely freezing. We went for our honeymoon, this isn’t an adult only hotel and that was fine for us, but anyone wanting to go for an adult only resort, maybe this isn’t the place. Lazy river was nice and chilled and great having the swim up bar to stop off at whilst going round. There aren’t any menu’s for drinks… it’s mainly cocktails, which again was fine, we wanted to see a menu to see the different cocktails they had to offer but they just said “name it and they’ll do it” but when you don’t know many cocktails it’s hard! We stuck to strawberry / Mango Daiquiri’s and Blue Lagoons. This seems like it could be a common thing, but they don’t offer straws, therefore we did go out and buy some reusable ones as drinking frozen cocktails is IMPOSSIBLE without. Mini golf in the evenings was fun. Not many sun beds for the amount of people at the hotels, we ended up having to go out at 6am in the morning to reserve one otherwise we had no chance of getting a sun bed! I don’t think “reserving” should be a thing, you should just have to turn up and if it’s available it is, but everyone done it and when you’re jet lagged already it’s not really something I wanted to be setting an alarm for. Overall a fantastic holiday. We went 28th Jan and checked out 7th Feb (10 nights)

A Great Time in Cancun!
My family and I had a great time at Planet Hollywood! The resort itself was very clean and well maintained and the staff was always friendly and willing to help. We really enjoyed the heated Star Class pool! Even on a cloudy day (which was rare) the pool was comfortable to be in. Also, overall the food was pretty good but the Italian restaurant, Gusto, was definitely our favorite! Thank you to our butlers, Ameth and Laura for all the help with booking our dinners and activities! They were always on top of it and very quick to respond.

Enjoyable trip!
Our family had a great time at Planet Hollywood. Everyone was happy to help us - which is such a nice change of pace from the United States. Our butlers, Victor and Roy, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Anything we needed, no matter how big or small the request, they helped us out. We felt very catered to and had a lovely time.

Plant Hollywood Cancun review
This review is late. My family went to this property back in Nov 2024. I am a travel agent and have been to several properties in the Mayan. The bad pool was freezing so hardly went in the water which was disappointing. I was redirected a lot by some staff that were possibly needing more training.(a little frustrating but nothing major) I would like to say that the surf staff was amazing so Edson, Joaquin and Xavier. They were fair with timing and ran it very well. At guest services Diron and Max were fantastic so huge shout out to them. Ben and Abigail at Pump were fantastic and Milo at pool bar service was really personable. They were many other great staff as well just a few to name. This is a great property for kids way too much to do to get bored.
