DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL . from start to finish this was the worst experience at a hotel I’ve ever had , the food,entertainment staff all horrible pools absolutely disgusting staff on the other hand are very unprofessional nothing but liers I have attached photos of staff that should not be working in this hotel or any others! Trying to overcharge telling us nothing but liers and swearing at us in reception horrible experience so whatever you do

Kids have loved the planet play, the staff has always gone above and beyond we have done the trampoline, splatter and arcade. Karina and Jennifer have always played with the kids and made them feel included in games and made the whole experience so much more fun. They have made the holiday for the children and we would like to thank them for their hard work.

May 10, 2025Beautiful but they need to deal with the chairs
The area where they need to improve is the chairs around the pool and beach 🤦♀️ We booked a gazebo for the day and saw 8 chairs that were never sat in from 10 am to 4:30 pm…they had towels but no people There should be a staff that goes around and marks unused chairs, and if not used by half hour remove towels Also saw when we rented the gazebo that there were no chairs in front of gazebo but then hand shake between staff and a man all of a sudden there were 8 chairs in front with an umbrella…these people were noise and took over everything …not sure how much money they slip the staff but I was not happy This is an area they need to deal with as it’s not fair This is just one day’s example of the issues around the pool and beach regarding the chairs The hotel it’s self is beautiful and lots to do The restaurants were all amazing. My favourite was the Japanese one. The rooms are nice and big Love the two sinks The evening entertainment was good but to get a seat you need to go early

Great Hotel!
I really enjoyed the breakfast, normally I skip breakfast but just couldn’t resist 😂 The hotel gym is really good and the personal training sessions with Ben and Abigail are professional plus enjoyable. The beach is nice and its cool to see the Iguanas in the gardens around the hotel 😊

Great 4 Families
The service was excellent, the food was great, the entertainment was phenomenal, and the people who work there are amazing. There are lots of activities to keep everyone busy, especially kids who can't keep entertained for more than 1 hour at a time.
