Oct 10, 2024Overcharge on facilities that were not used.
Mer at the checkout will over charge you. We paid $80 on the credit card and did the rest in cash. He did not apply the $80 and made us pay the additional $80. Then he charged us for a dinner that was never had. Due to the weather, they did not schedule it but since they wanted to charge us, they charged it to the room. We had the receipt it was not scheduled and when he pulled the receipt, he added the date and time in a different color but did not take into consideration we had the original receipt

We had an amazing time at this resort, my husband and I along with our 2 boys ages 5 and 2. Itzel, Fatima, Cinthia and Wendy at the kids club are amazing!! If you want a resort where your kids are not just watched over but rather engaged and entertained where they don’t want to leave.. this is the place and these are the ladies! One of the evenings they even had a really cool magic show that the parents enjoyed watching too! The magician they hired to come out was super sweet and talented! A great family night. Food is delicious, especially the steak house. Our only complaint was that the elevator was not working half the time but luckily we were only on the second floor. Our fav evening activity as a couple was the theater when the kids went down to sleep. It’s rare that my husband and I get to go to the movies and this was a real treat! Victor, the head of the entertainment staff is a must meet! Super personable, so funny, and a wildly amazing dancer! We will definitely return and with friends next time!

Amazing Experience!
Loved the kids club my kids are having the time of their lives and we just arrived! Special mention to Cinthya, Rose, Ximena, Itzel, Fatima, Wendy and Sandy for keeping my kids safe, excited and entretained. They cant wait for the night camp and already looking for all the other activities!

Amazing family friendly resort
I'm so impressed with the resort as a whole. The staff very helpful, it's clean, lots of amenities, the spa is amazing, beautiful beach. Most of all the activities for kids and the nightly shows won us over. Cinthya, rose, ximena, itzel, Fatima, Wendy and Sandy of the kids club made out daughter's time here so great! From hair braids to face painting to bracelet making and dancing on stage it was a hit. Id happily recommend the resort to anyone- adults or families.

The hotel was great. Very clean and the staff was very friendly. The shows are amazing. The amenities like the pool entertainment, flow rider and water slides. Edson, Xavier and Joaquin are amazing. Very attentive and friendly. Helped my daughter conquer her fears and learn new trips.
