Carlos Miranda and Jose Becerra made the trip unforgettable. Cannot speak highly enough about the impeccable Service provide by those two. We will be coming back because of them and recommend anyone and everyone to the resort for those two!

PV Vacation
The personal assistant Jose Becerra in the Preferred Tower is incredibly helpful, friendly and made us feel like family. We have stayed there many times and he is wonderful. We think very highly of him and highly recommend his resort and services. A wonderful place to vacation.

Excellent Time!
We had a wonderful time at the resort. The staff, in particular Carlos Miranda, Jose Becerra, Humberto (waiter in breakfast buffet) and Dhani (activities director), were incredibly attentive and friendly. We would definitely come back.

Felt like a King
Hugo and Brenda killed it. From walking in the door, you knew it was going to be amazeballs. Everyone was amazing. Drinks were amazing and the food was better. Amenities and beach were awesome. Whatever you need or want they will make it happen See you again soon.

Best girls trip
The staff was excellent Adrian in the buffet dining room, Wendy. Alejandro,Jorge,Tally in the lounge. And many more. Wonderful to us. The food was top notch We tried every restaurant and snack bar. Our room was beautiful and spacious. Pools were nice and not over crowded. All in all it was a beautiful place to vacation
