Wonderful resort with the most amazing staff! Carlos was our butler, if you can request him, do it. You won’t be disappointed. He was wonderful to us, catered to all our requests, not that we had many. But when we did, he was on it, and delivered.

Always outstanding!
We just returned from our 7th trip to Secrets, for a birthday celebration this time. This was our longest stay to date - 10 days - and it did not disappoint. Nirvana is the main reason we keep coming back as she makes sure that we are SO well looked after each and every time! Cant imagine this vacation without her. We have always felt that the Preferred Tower was worth the extra expense - it is closer to the beach, and has a more upscale feel in a smaller environment, although the Main Tower is still a great vacation. Of course, no boss functions in an island. Chefs Jose Luis, Joya and Octavio were the creators behind the amazing amenities that we enjoyed - SOOO beautiful and lovely to return to at the end of the evening. Andrea and Cynthia made sure that our daily dinner reservations were handled flawlessly and always made us feel special. Alberto looked after us out at the pool whether in lounge chairs, day beds, or a cabana. This team truly knows how to go the extra mile to make us feel extra special each and every time. We are already looking forward to our next trip back!

Best two weeks in PV! Secret’s is one of our favorite places because of the beauty, service, pool and food!!
The resort and all the staff are amazing. Shout out to Carlos, Maria in preferred. Itzel in housekeeping was wonderful. The guy who stocks the minibar was always on top of everything. Alan and Andres in the buffet took excellent care of us almost every morning. Oceania’s was our go to restaurant though we also enjoyed Capers and Boudreaux

Secrets
We had a great time and Carlos Miranda took care of us. He and is associate Jose were fantastic. He helped with anything we needed. He made sure our experience was the best it could be. Very patient with any question or request. We cannot wait to go back

My problem is with Unlimted vacation club is in your proparty talk in your name They have Sergio king of laying And now very easy they wanna take money from me and give me some cancel. Just so they don’t do what they told me Promised all to garbage I need action. From the hotel so this people stop damage your hotel name. I got scam at secret and dream that’s all I know
