Hotel advisories

Advisory Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type.
Advisory Starting July 1 the main pool and hot tub will undergo renovations, including tile and deck updates. Phase one (until July 20) may involve noise and minor dust, while phase two (July 21–August 28) will have intermittent noise. Temporary walls and work hours (10:00 AM–7:00 PM) will minimize disruptions. The entertainment pool will remain open, with extra lounge chairs available. All poolside activities will relocate there for guest enjoyment. We appreciate your patience during this upgrade.

    The staff was friendly and efficient. Food and drinks were good. I had a great time. There was a lot to do and see. Highly recommended.

    A memorable stay, Jose provided exceptional service.

    My wife and I visited the beautiful city of Puerto Vallarta. Our butler, Jose Bacerra was nothing short of amazing. Jose went above and beyond he was responsive, attentive and genuinely kind. Not only Jose but the entire staff of Secrets Vallarta were amazing. Whether eating at their 5-star worthy restaurants or their exceptional cleaning service crew everything was above and beyond. Thank you so much my Secrets Vallarta family. We will definitely be back soon

    Fantastic stay at Secrets at Puerto Vallarta

    My wife and I recently spent a week at the all-inclusive Secrets in Puerto Vallarta. We had upgraded to the Preferred wing, which was well worth the money. We've traveled extensively, but our stay was one that we'll remember for years to come. The staff were amazing. Our butler, Jose, was especially attentive, as was Nirvana at the VIP desk. The restaurants were exceptional, with Bordeaux and Capers being outstanding. We had breakfast in the Market Cafe every morning, and it was a fantastic way to start the day, from the food preparers to the outstanding service. Secrets receives our highest recommendation.

    Better than most

    Overall it’s a good resort , needs renovation but it was the best food of any resort we went to . It’s not a 5 star probably 3 star. Entertainment was awful, drinks are top notch. Nice thing about it every thing is close, didn’t have to walk very far no shuttle.

    Great Service!

    Adrian - the server in the breakfast buffet area was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond each time we saw him and really made us feel like family! He is always so happy when we see him and we always ask for him as a server!
