Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Hotel Spring Break Policy - The resort is a family oriented environment and thus has implemented the following policy for Spring Breakers reservations. The valid period is March 1st, 2020 to April 30th, 2020. Spring Breakers are defined
as Students/youth between 16 and 23 years of age.
- One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behavior.
- In the event that any guest(s) engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the guest(s) without reimbursement or refund of
the remaining nights.
Spring Break Groups Policy - Students/youth are considered between 16 and 23 years of age. In addition to the Spring Break Policy for all bookings traveling March-April, Groups shall adhere to the following conditions:
- Any student/youth group must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Upon check-in, each group will be required to leave a refundable cash deposit per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price.
Minimum night stay restrictions may apply.
Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.

Girls Trip 2024! What an awesome time we had.. Weather was perfect and the company was even better! …. J. Carlos and Edison made it soo much fun! They took great care of us at the prestige lounge. Highly recommend a visit here. Until we meet again! Salute!

Make sure you meet Juan Carlos at this resort!
Juan Carlos went over and above to make our vacation wonderful. He greeted us with a smile every day and catered to our every need. There was never a dull moment when he was around because he wanted to make our experience enjoyable and it was. We will definitely come back because of his high quality service.

Girls Trip
This was our first time at this resort. The staff is very friendly and have made our stay unforgettable. Especially Juan Carlos at the Prestige Beach area. He is extremely enthusiastic and very attentive. Every morning he had out area set up and ready for us as soon as they opened and made sure we got everything we needed all day. He kept us laughing and entertained. Edison made great drinks and was quick with a good suggestion whenever we asked. We had a great time!

Girls Trip
The hotel is nice and clean. The food at all the restaurants was excellent. I came here with my sisters and mother allong with a couple of friends (10 ladies). We all had a great time. Especially at the Prestige Bar and outdoor area. Our beach concierge Juan Carlos and bar tender Edison made sure we were comfortable and well supplied with towels and drinks!! Juan Carlos did an amazing job. We laughed with him every day 🤣 😂. Great personality!! The water aerobics with Marco were loads of fun each day. I would definitely return here. I eill recommend this resort to friends and family.

Wonderful Vacation
Had a wonderful experience. Juan Carlos (beach concierge), & Edison ( bar tender) made the trip experience so much fun. They were fabulous!! Took care of us everyday. Made sure we had everything we needed. They have great attitudes, fun loving personalities & hard workers!! Thank you for a great vacation & wonderful experience.
