Poolside service was amazing. Great service, food or drinks. Housekeeping was amazing well organized and very clean. Recommended preferred club services above and beyond. Concierge Daniel has gone above and beyond. Interaction between the two sections of the resort are great. Seamless and a very easy walk.

The room and bed were very comfortable. The shower was great and housekeeping kept our room well stocked. It was nice having a balcony. The drinks were great and pool activities were fun. The food at Silk City and Strip Grill were great. The Nook had great coffee in the morning.

52nd Celebration
Absolutely loved this adult only resort. Highly recommend as a getaway. Food was phenomenal, rooms were clean. We had the swim out room with a view of the ocean. We are definitely going back. Secrets is connected to Breathless which you will have access to both resorts.

Amazing!
I recently travelled to Secrets Riviera Cancun with my 2 sisters and our 84 yr “young” mom. Everything we experienced on our vacation not only met, but exceeded our expectations. The setting was gorgeous. The staff wonderful, attentive, happy and thoughtful! We enjoyed 5 star dining at all meals. The drinks were delicious and served right to our swim up, regularly and always with a smile. We had priviledge at the Breathless next door and found very similar service there but enjoyed the personal, quaintness and the made to feel line family vibe at Secrets. The Rosewater restaurant is perfect in every way. Beautiful view. Sunshine (or shade of you preferred) and fresh air, delicious meals 3 times daily, amazing staff and live entertainment to enjoy! There may have even been some dancing!! Excellent week in oceanfront swim up rooms, side by side as requested. Clean. Stocked. Again very gracious staff. Top notch vacation Honourable mentions to these wonderful staff who helped make our vacation perfect! Kayla….beautiful smile to greet us at Rosewater Lino…..wonderfully cared for our mom, so respectful and kind, great way to start the day with breakfast service! Luis, Alberto, Adal, Jose……..more favourites at Rosewater Ariel…….drinks delivered to our swim up everyday, checked in regularly Enrique and Ester at Silk……..you made our night!! Luis……..priviledge lounge bartender extraordinaire. Best espresso martinis ever

Our Favorite Secrets
We are members of Unlimited Vacation Club and have been to 9 other properties, mainly Secrets. The resort became our favorite. The staff and service in every aspect of the resort was fantastic. The experience was top notch. I highly recommend this resort.
