This resort is absolutely magical. Food was amazing overall. We had a preferred tropical swim out Suite and it exceeded our expectations. Alberto provided a seamless check in and check out experience with stellar customer service. Erica our assigned housekeeper made us feel like royalty. We can not wait for our next visit to Secrets Moxche.

Impressions Moxche
We just spent 10 days at the Secrets Moxche Impressions and it was wonderful—everyone we encountered was helpful, friendly, and tried to give the best experience. The views are spectacular—we had an Ocean View Suite on 7th floor. Our butlers, Emilio and Neft, made each day great by seeing to any needs such as reservations at spa/dinner/housekeeping services/down to having our favorite snacks/waters in room. We mostly enjoyed the rooftop pool daily where Jorge, Victor, and Daniel took care of our day beds and umbrellas each day along with some sunglasses cleaning and taught us some fun Spanish phrases. Oswaldo was a fantastic waiter at the pool. We also enjoyed the entertainment/activities team playing blackjack, water aerobics, bingo to name a few with Jasmine, Else, Axel,. Upon leaving, we truly felt like we were leaving friends! The shows at night were great too especially the Quirky show and Candlelight show. Great acts, singers and acrobatics.! There are so many restaurants and all wait staff was excellent. We did not encounter any negative issues at anytime and enjoyed the foods. Our favorite restaurant was Ember as we ate there twice with ribeye and filet. Demetrie was our waiter who was so friendly and made the night. We also used Fernando the wine sommelier a few nights at dinner too. Cielo was another restaurant favorite—ribeye tacos as pool snack and ribeye at night 😋. The Hibachi dinner food was excellent, but wasn’t much of a show by the chef. One night we did a Taco Experience and learned so much on the Mexican culture, the chef /waiter Daniel/Jeremy were so informative. Teodoro was another night’s dinner experience which was very fun to see the presentation and taste the exquisite dishes and meet the chef. We did the recommended wine pairing with that dinner which was very informative with excellent wine choices. We had breakfast most mornings at seaside on the beach. Benjamin took care of us 3 days but all the seaside waiters were top notch. There was an excellent brunch on Saturday at Seasoul with different stations from different restaurants on the property. It was a good way to try things from each place. We did not try the French restaurant Bisou or the sushi restaurant. We visited the spa twice, once for mani/pedis and the next time for a 50 min massage. The spa was just ok, we have had better spa experiences at other Secret resorts. The biggest negative to this resort is beach access so if you want a beautiful beach, you will be disappointed but if you like good views and numerous pool choices you will love it. Overall one could not ask for better service or a place to vacation like this luxurious resort!!!

Best 40th Birthday celebration
Secrets Moxché did not disappoint from the moment we arrived through private transfer they greeted us with towels. We had preferred club so check-in process was wonderful and easy no problems at all. Our room was wonderful huge bed amazing ocean view. Our cleaning person was wonderful. Anything you needed they would attend to you and bring it right to you. The food was absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I loved the buffet, Suki, and preferred Roof rooftop. Food was just the absolute best. All of the staff greeted you and treated you like you were family. The pools were all amazing so many different options to choose from and extremely relaxing. We just had the best time we will definitely be back.

Phenomenal
Came here with my husband for our mini moon after our wedding and it exceeded all of our expectations. The food, the ambiance, the entertainment was all phenomenal. Resort is gorgeous and the grounds and pools are so unique. Cannot say enough good things and will definitely return.

Honeymoon of our dreams!
We had an absolutely amazing experience at Secrets Moxche - this was our first ever all-inclusive and to say our expectations have been set at the ceiling is an understatement. After researching over 40 different properties from multiple brands, we couldn't have been happier to stay at Moxche. Our honeymoon stay was from 4/30-5/8 (we ended up loving it so much that we decided to stay an extra night!). The service throughout the resort is impeccable - from check-in to housekeeping/bellhop staff, servers and bartenders and everyone in between, there wasn't a single time where we didn't feel like royalty. The welcomeness and hospitality of everyone we came across was truly outstanding. We played a couple rounds of golf at Gran Coyote but otherwise spent our entire time within the resort - all the restaurants were amazing and we were especially fond of the late night street tacos each evening! We also enjoyed the nightly shows and entertainment, so many fun events to attend! The majority of our days were spent at the Sugar Reef pool - we loved it so much that we were there 4 days in a row! **Very special shout outs to pool concierges Daniel and Elias for being so helpful day in and day out, and extra shout outs to our Sugar Reef server Fettucine Alfredo and bartenders Marco and Angel! (Woot woot!)** All these guys know how to keep the party going and the drinks flowing! Truly blown away by their service and kindness. Thank you Secrets Moxche for an unforgettable honeymoon! We will definitely be back again!
